The same problem I faced in my Kuv 100 2018 model when checked it is showing Map sensor problem The car is in service center now don't know when will I get it back According to me, we shouldn't buy 3 cylinder engines because there balancing and other aspects are not uniform go for a four cylinder engine instead in this budget but then the problem lies in safety standards Hope we all will be recovering from these issues soon and have a peaceful driving experience 🙂

Sir..even i have problem with Tiago petrol 2017 model. It has random rpm fluctuations, low mileage. Generally it happens when I drive for sometime and then i park it for sometime, which gets removed when accelerating. I updated the ecu cleaned throttle body from service center..but no use. After that I went to my local garage shop which I used to know be4. I kept it for 1 day...after that they adjusted the gap...Though it resolved most of the issue but later on I decided to change with NGK Spark and adjusted the new gap size. Now this issue has reduced to 90%. I changed the MAP sensor, after which the problem didn't occur for the last 6 months but now since the last 2 weeks. Kindly advise since there is no check light, what should I do.. should I change the map sensor or check for other issues. Also it doesn't have a MAP but a T-MAP sensor.

I was also having the same issue with my Tiago 2018. They replaced the ignition coil from 1st cylinder to 3rd then the misfire issue was fixed. After sometime the problem started while I was on highway the car will not go above 30-40kmph. After checking with service center they checked the spark plug and made tapet settings, working good after that..

Facing same challenges in my my tiago as well. Bought in the year 21. At times while driving the car engine starts jerking. Initially I thought that it must be due to bad fuel quality. Tata doesn't seem to be bothered the service center personals are so unprofessional that they don't have idea in how to deal with all this situation. All they do is start teaching u how to drive. Clutch plate issue fuel issue etc. However the vehicle is awesome but nevertheless it's a headache to me. Will keep it for 1 or 2 yrs more may b if no major issue faced.

Tata ki cars me build quality jabardast hoti hai. Lekin tata ko apne petrol engines par workout karne ki jarurat hai.

Misfire ka reason three cylinder me se ek cylinder ka plug short hua hoga mera 2023 ka model hai cng petrol same issue aya tha 2nd cylinder me misfire ho raha plug change Kiya issue fix.

Ignition coil ka problem hai. Ignition coil me jo rubber hota jo current ko insulate krta hai sparkplug se usme crack aa jaata h uski wajah se current pure engine me daud jaata hai usse misfire hota hai. Ye company ka fault hai low quality rubber use krte h Ignition coil me. Try changing the Ignition coil it won't misfire at all. 1 saal ki gaadi me ye bilkul nahi hona chahiye.

I beg to differ with you on this subject. Toyota, Honda launch their new models after a lot of R&D and quality check. They are more reliable, and trustworthy. I purchased Toyota Etios with 1.5L petrol engine in March 2011. It was a newly launched model. Till date, there is no problem, neither in the engine nor in any parts of the car. Earlier, my uncle purchased the City from the Honda's stable in 1999. That was also a new kid in town. He drove it for more than 7 years without any problem.

meri tigor AMT 2018 me bhi same issue hai and some time road par chalte hue engine missing kar ke band ho jata hai.. its like one cylinder kaam nahi kar raha but gadi ko pura off kar ke fir se start Karo to sab kuch theek and error light bhi automatically chali jati hai... But jab service center me dikhao to kuch nahi milta and I'm using cng so service center wale bolte hai ke ye cng ki bajah se hai but jab problem aati hai tab petrol par bhi issue hota hai

Bhai maine tho shuru mei hi boldiya tha.. Pachtaaenge aap agar Tata ki ee 1.2 Revtron engine wala koi bi gaadi lenge tho.. Mere Tigor 2018 model wala car hai aur usme patha nahi duniya barki problems hai.. Rusting tho pakka 3 saal ke baad shuru hoga car mei jaga jaga se! Serdardi hai ee cars.. Aur service center wale shaayad aapko pehchanke sahi karke dete honge par hum jasi aam logon ki tho sunte nahi hai.. bolte hai ee car sahi hi hai koi pareshaani nahi degi sabkuch teek hai aur bill dete hai 8000 ka!
