You said it is DR safe, but there is a plank in it. Does that mean if i can keep my core tight during that exercice it is safe?

It all depends on your ability to manage core pressure. You can always modify and take it to your knees if needed. But yes, if you can manage core pressure and don’t see any compensation, it’s ok. Planks are good and essential for building core strength and although may need to be avoided for a time to heal severe DR, they should be reincorporated to load and improve core strength over time. ❤

Thanks for the reply! Wichtig of your Core/ DR workout would you paar with this one? Especially for a weak core/ severe DR? My physical therapist said to be careful even with cat-cow😢

I understand! I would suggest my Postpartum Ab Program and Lose Your Mommy Pooch plan, not necessarily simultaneously but you can do that if you want! Both start out very gentle and progress gradually as you heal your core. ❤
