Je vous montre ici deux interpretations de riz au lait. La recette classic de maman et l'autre, plus élaborée qui sera basé sur une crème Anglaise.

1200g lait entier/milk
1g fleur de sel
90g sucre/sugar
180g riz rond/risotto rice
5g vanilla
50 chocolat blanc/white chocolate.

i never try this rice cream vanilla and chocolate. never had this kind food before. but in my traditional cake we have many sticky rice cake but no milk cream, the very use only coconut milk not cow milk. but never think this kind combination before. i think i want try this one very unique

Riz au lait also en Grec: Ρυζογαλο. My grandma used to make it with sweetened condensed milk and she would grind whole cinammon with a pestle and mortar; I follow her recipe to this day. In Greece we have a special rice for ryzogalo and also for stuffed tomatoes and peppers, its called riz glac'e.

KZfaq needs to incorporate their translator tool into their auto-generated captions tool. Both tools have been available for years. It's kinda weird they haven't done this by now.

you can find click on the auto translate and select English. it's not the best translation -- the idioms, of course, don't translate, and there glaring errors, but about 80% of is there, well enough to follow.

Bu bizim bildiğimiz sütlaç.. birde fırına sürüp üstünü karamelize ettiğinde mükemmel oluyor .. birde en iyisi üstüne taze kavrulmuş fındık kırığı ile lezzet bombası!

@@fnas2010 yes, he baked the caramel in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 2 minutes. Edit: touch it only when it got a bit colder.
