To reduce weight please use less risky ways : 1. Eat vegetables or protein foods 2. Reduce portion of foods you eat 3. Avoid or reduce carbohydrates foods 4. Intermittent fasting 5. Sleep well 6. Exercise like walking, swimming etc

From what I understand is, after the operation in 7 days you lost 9k, you lost 7k not because of the operation, it is because you didn't eat much only liquid food🤔hmmm, it is easy to understand if you don't eat you can loss so, instead of having operations it is better to stop eating less and loss 7k in a week.

you can Girl. Just change your diet. sport doesn't do that much change. fiber food is magic with 30 minutes walk or swimming. I cut 25kg with in one year after having twins. what matters is strong mindset.

You are overreacting! I have a different way of thinking, and I'm independent. I went to university, have successful business & marriage + raise 3 kids. If this is alarming, then you need to question if your life is something people want to aim for. I don't follow the mass, I make my own personal decisions. And yes, I went to medical school to make my parents proud, but I hate working as a doctor just for the title. That's why I followed my own dreams, not other's their dreams
