I have been to several Eluveitie's concerts, and they have all been great shows. A few years ago, they were touring with Epica (another awesome band that I seen many times and recommend checking out), but Epica had to drop out part of the tour because of some health issues in Simone's family. Instead of having short shows, Eluveitie doubled the length of their act with a second acoustic session playing all traditional folk songs. It was a very awesome show.

If you are interessted in hearing the Hurdy Gurdy in it's full beauty, I'd recommend to check out Eluveities Hurdy Gurdy player Michalina Malisz. She has her own KZfaq channel with Hurdy Gurdy covers of Eluveitie songs and other metal bands. As a few people already mentioned.... the hurdy gurdy player (Michalina Malisz) has her own KZfaq channel that you need to check out. Haha. Winterthur, I go to school there. We don’t pronounce the TH like you do in english. We say it like Wintert h ur. Just the “h” sounds you make, like from “huh”. Same with other places like Thurgau. Winterthur is actually in Canton Zurich, yet also near the city of Zurich, but is its own city. Cantons are almost like tiny states, in basic terms.
