What I admire much. is the sarcastic way you teach. Butas far as I know the past of spill is spilt. May be the spilled is also correct.If such is the case I apologise

Don't say reach to their goal. Just say "reach their goals". I also think a word like "well" or "carefully" would be better in place of "intentionally" in the sentence. We plan things carefully, we plan things well but we usually don't say plan intentionally.
