I survived a massive hemorrhagic stroke shortly after giving birth to my daughter in 2019. I can’t believe I only just found you guys! Linda you are my new inspiration and hero. I feel so empowered after watching you. I’m excited to try all these new techniques and exercises!

I had a ruptured brain aneurysm when I was just 26 weeks pregnant. Thankfully I kept her cooking for the next 12 weeks. She is 10 now. She has missed out on so much. Linda Randstad I am so inspired by you.

This video is extraordinary! I had a hemorrhagic stroke almost 2 years ago. I still have a lot to improve. I have a daily routine to which I will add these exercises. Thank you!

Hello Mike, had my stroke on March 2022 at the age of 21 my legs are doing good but not the same case with wrist nd fingers it is making me depressed, can you share what worked for you, I'll be forever grateful to you

Thanx very much Linda ,I took advantage of your technigs and it's works only my arm is starting to swing what can I do because it's 4years now with stroke since 19 April 2019 on right hemisphere and the shoulder is painfull

Very informative video. I had a stroke 3 months ago. As a Physical Therapist I supplemented my rehab with my own activities using some of the same approaches and have made substantial progress. I now have good reciprocal arm swing. I am hoping to get back my UE Protective Extension Reflex on my affected side. . Any recommendations on improving my success with this?
