Learning My Pelvis Is Fractured 1/12/23

Жыл бұрын1/12/23 I learned my pelvis is fractured. For 3 years I've had severe, severe, severe pain & unable to walk normal due to horrible pain. A custom wheelchair was made for me in 2022 so I can get around. This happened to me because I was attacked by my neighbors loose dog. Please leash your dog(s) in mandatory leash areas. Don't change someone's life in the way mine has been forever changed.

Thank you. He hears every prayer & He has a plan for everything in my life. When I look back on my life, but especially my medical, I can see how all the dots connect. He has it all under control even though it may be hard for me.

Hope for the best for you in the future. 35 surgeries I’ve had with EDS, POTS, MCAS and a few other acronyms, I feel for you. I hope there’s an end soon to the need for your many surgeries. I looked in your eyes and saw that familiar feeling of oh boy…another surgery. I’m so sorry you are having issues like this especially at the hands of another person’s neglect with their pets. How did it take 3 years of walking like that to determine what the main issue was????

I think the doctors were very focused on my lower spine. My rods broke on both sides of my low back. When I had surgery on March 2021 they had to fix the spine hardware & my left sacroiliac joint. Many thought physical therapy was the answer. I thought nerve damage or something along those lines was going on because the pain was so bad. I happened to meet my mom's back surgeon Jult 2022 & he did further testing & found a fracture. Just recently, I found out the screws in my left sacroiliac joint are likely moving because I'm not fused.
