WhereisYorick Thank you brotha! 1) Start with a spotter with a hand on your lower back to help you get around and avoid landing on your head/arms. Don’t try it alone in the beginning like I did because it could have gone worse haha 2) Leap as high and explosively as possible with you’re head tilted back. 3) As soon as you get up, pull your knees tight into your chest and make yourself as tight of a ball as possible. 4) You’ll want to open up in the air if you feel like you’re not going to make it, DON’T, when you open up you loose all of your angular speed, just hold in tight until you land!

@@austinbvi u are forgetting about your arms when u try your flip. Its called your 'set'. As you jump up your arms need to swing up and stretch above your head. chest still up and stretched open. U bring your knees up to your chest your arms, at the same time rotate backwards and grab your tucked knees from the back. You are dropping your chest to your knees. It needs to be your upper body leading the direction. So your knees come to your chest to get u rotated backwards. This was hard for me to put into words. Hope it makes sense. Maybe I ll try a make a video to show you one day. I'm suppose to be studying right now.
