that sentence in the intro is me haha. I think it's the best to forgive them for our own sake. I mean it takes sooo much energy to hold a grudge, even though we may not realize it consciously. For me it was a process of yes, those bullies were wrong, what the were doing was wrong and it's over now, I accept it and let it go. It comes around every now and then, but with acceptance and forgiveness comes freedom. Loved the video, new subscriber here

I agree with a lot of what you said, I feel like a lot of people just completely forget that a person is still human when they’ve been wronged by someone. I think it’s fine to hold a grudge to some extent but not to the point of wishing them harm. Some people do change, even bullies. But when it comes to change, the person has to be willing to do so in the first place. Hope you’re doing well, Rosalyn!

i agree, i think it's about humanizing them for your own healing, at least it makes it easier to 'forgive' (whatever that means for the person) by aknowledging them as a flawed and likely hurting individual. it's easy to feel justified and feed that anger when you've labeled them as evil. in reality again we're all responsible for our own emotions, no one can actually make you feel a certain way. but regardless it's there's stages to grief it's all a process there's no jumping to acceptance just because you decide right then and there you forgive that person lol
