I am no longer a vegan It is not working for me. I see many flaws in such a lifestyle. In my opinion, It is a highly deficient lifestyle. If it works for you go ahead with it. Listen to your body. This is my advice.

It's not veganism that's the problem it's just that there's a right way a wrong way to do things. You have very healthy vegans and unhealthy vegans..on the same spectrum there's a right and wrong way to eat meat. I agree with you when you say when you get new info, you should make the best decision for yourself. Keep up your journey.

I’m not sure we can eat something dead and cook it out to kill any bacteria and end up with proper nutrition. Most pple have gone about this the wrong way. They have years of food stuck to the intestines that they didn’t properly cleanse, so the body is not able to absorb the nutrients. Another factor is where you live, Melanated pple should be in warm climates with proper food that was designed for us and eaten in the state God made it and already cooked by the sun… not transported from one country to another filled with chemicals. Most pple eat 3-4 times a day a go only once, if so much a day. There is much to this and certainly not straight cut… many factors involved. Rastafarians do not eat meat and they do not struggle the way I hear folks struggling, they live in certain areas of society to be away from the city and most grow there own food, drink from springs and don’t eat 3, 4 times a day, they are always moving and in the sun. They are early to bed nd early to rise, plus herbs are apart of their livity. There is a proper way for the melanated man to live and it’s not in the west. Veganism is a word attached to a spirit I believe, it’s a movement and we are to watch nature and we will know how to live. Those that eat dead things have a different make up and those that eat living foods, fruits, vegetables and herbs also have a different make up.

I could be nothing other than vegan cause I have never like meat and it's by products on my palat. I tried eating meats cause I thought we were supposed to consume it. During my pregnancy the smell of meat was nauseating. So, I was plant base the whole time! We are all different at every level. My DNA dictates a Vegan life style and I'm happy with the outcome. There are many causes of illnesses, not just foods! Also, Millions of meat eaters are threatened with joint issues in the USA.

It's funny how Karen skips over liking your comment for doing what works best for your body. Yet, this is what she's claiming to promote. Smh She's here preaching about doing what's right for you yet, your body's decision to thrive on a vegan diet is not worth her reaction. The more I read the comments & follow her reactions, the more she tells her mental state. Noticed all of those who praise her for eating animal flesh, dairy & chickens menstruation got her like/ response? I too thrive EXCEPTIONALLY WELL on a vegan diet for many years (nearly 10) now. I told my doctor that I supplement with K2 as I noticed better absorption of VD years before becoming vegan. My children are HEALTHY, INTELLIGENT and THRIVING vegans from conception. It's all about building up/ giving your body time to changing it's microbiome. They feel better going back to what has been pasted down to them from generations in their DNA. Even though it's bad. Smoking makes people feel good but it's bad for them. Along with all the sickness & diseases. They Don't get this is where "hereditary" came from. If they all did a microbiome test & ate more of the vegan foods they have already built up enough of the good bacteria to digest well, none of them would be so flip-flopped about their eating lifestyle. Over time, most of them will begin feeling the very same they did (ill- health complications) that caused them to go vegan the first time again. Give it time....I consider them, seasonal.

Glad you're back. It's a sign of wisdom to do what's best for your body. I have been blessed to follow some of Dr Sebi's words of health but never felt led to go without animal protein beyond a few days. What I have learned is eating traditional animal protein soy free straight from the farm works best for me and my family. I purchase my bread from a select bakery that does not use preservatives. I haven't purchased bread from the grocery store in years. Yes it's more expensive but I can feel the difference in my body. I'm glad I've learned to love body enough to only accept the best quality food and not judging you for choosing what's best for you.

Same here. I keep trying to go back to a Sebian lifestyle and the carbs give me mucus immediately. I’m going to continue eating meat and low carbs and stop trying to go against what my body is telling me. Spelt flour is more detrimental to my body than white flour. I feel it immediately.

I went alkaline a few years ago found your channel cooked alot of great recipes. But I chose the alkaline diet solely to loose weight. I got extremely into fitness and fasting and dieting, I lost over 160 pounds ( I was 350lb starting out) I got down to 175, which was way to much for my 6 foot 4 inch frame. I was obsessed with loosing weight, but I didn’t realize I was killing my self slowly. I thought I looked great but I was way too thin. 6 to 5 percent body fat, but I was working out 2 times a day for about 2 hours each session of intense exercise. My muscle mass was low and I was not getting the proper nutrition to function properly. I was cold all the time, moody and couldn’t sleep, my sex drive was low, I developed extreme body dysmorphia, I wanted to be healthy but I can say that a plant based diet is not healthy , the alkaline and vegan community felt like a cult, I was feeling stressed to go back to a healthy animal based Whole Foods diet because I thought I was going against a belief system that I never had to began with. I still eat healthy but I am not extreme and I don’t recommend eating fast foods,sugary foods and processed foods. But veganism is not for me , but I’m glad to hear your point of view. The same thing happened to me my body did not want to keep living like this

Hi Ms. Karen. I completely commend and appreciate you sharing your leaving veganism behind. I must say I'm quite surprised by your simplicity of the plant-based diet to carbs and beans...especially as a Caribbean woman. Your past recipes alone are telling of that. I an Afrikan woman have a lot more plant-based options that are complete foods than a carnivorous diet....not to mention that the meats we eat eat plants😅 I believe you can leave veganism behind without critiquing it. Nonetheless, thank you so much for sharing your wisdom with us. Your body deserves what it desires. Blessings

Continue in Your Ascension, Karen... Nothing, no matter how it may affect You, is more enduring than You, and remember, We were and are being created to know all things and to expand far beyond the knowledge that We acquire. It is Your Hope and Your Desire that creates Your Arena Of Truth and Your Eternal Joy and Fulfillment. Everything that We can get commonly has been tampered with and We have to do what We can to sustain Life within Our bodies, but We must rely on the power of Our desire to Live, and the power that will, without Our assistance, sustain Us beyond the end of time. Be empowered by That POWER, by Your Power to Love, and by The Love of those of Us Who have come to Love You. See You in that place that I always see in Your yes, and feel whenever You give of Yourself to Others. Love You

Happy New Year! I was just thinking of you! I hope youvare healing and feeling better! I was vegan 2009 to 2020. Veganism almost took me out! I developed so many deficiencies and I was always sick! Balance and moderation. I couldn’t understand my illness when I was eating the way man was telling me was best. I should have consulted with Yahweh. He spells it out in detail what we can and cannot eat. I feel so good now. Becoming vegan is bad enough but doing so during menopause when your body is going through such a change you really need proper nutrition. I thank Yahweh for healing and sustaining me through my ignorance. Happy New Year and I pray you are whole and well

I thought I was eating well and I believe I now have diabetes I wasn’t eating meat but I was eating shrimp 🍤. Now I have neuropathy in my feet 🦶🏾 I am a person whom always exercise and still I become sick. Now I added meat 🍖 back into my diet. I just eat as a main dish as a side dish. I didn’t realize I was becoming sick as I am aging. I have a cousin whom is vegetarian and she has cancer , and she is eating fake meat to replace meat. I used to work for USDA so I know and understand meat. I really don’t eat chicken and pork. But I do eat turkey veal and 🥩 beef. I noticed I felt better so I do agree we have been lied to about meat 🥩 consumption for me I feel better since I started eating meat. I will check out K2 as a supplement thank you 🙏🏾 for this information. Peace and blessings to you

Karen, if you are "a teacher" why not talk about how this issue (oxalate, kidney stones) also affect meat eaters? You "LOVE, LOVE BREAD" and "will not stop eating it." You gave up eating plants for bread? It can't be the bread causing your issues because you love it so much, right? You weren't concerned about how people would take it (you no longer being vegan), that was/ is your guiltily conscience ma'am. If you found out that the body needs K2 for best adsorption of VD & calcium, why not just add a K2 supplement? That is exactly what I did many years ago. You give an entire sermon on why K2 is needed. Why not tell your viewers that there are organic vegan K2 supplements that they can buy and take to get the daily requirement? If you want to eat your dead corpse and chicken menstral, do so without trying to force feed other intelligent vegans about issues that they have not & may never experience. Are you or have you every experienced any of these heath issues Karen? Do you know any other vegan who's having these issues? I am sure we have all have friends/ family or know someone who have had health complications from meat/ dairy consumption. I don't care if you chose to be easily swayed from whichever information you decided to conjure up for your justification. Eating dead animal corpse, dairy and chicken menstruation has a proven track record in DECADES of health issues. I see patients EVERYDAY with low VD, calcium absorption issues, massive kidney stones & NONE of them are vegan/ plant based. They're ALL meat eaters, & dairy consumers. How do you explain this Karen? PLEASE, help your viewers understand this issue...
@CreativeRecipeswithKaren

I said I love bread. I did not say I gave up plants to eat bread. I grow my own vegetable foods? Do you? Stop judging me please. Oxalates are in plants not meat. So you just pulled that one out of your @$$. Where is the evidence that meat eaters have oxalates, and if they do there could be many reasons for it. I mentioned that you can have K2 from supplements or animal products.you talk to me as if You are my owner. Seems like you are part of a cult. I am not in your cult, so I am not accountable to you. And my conscience is just fine because I m honest. I don’t know who you are SKB. You made this channel just to lecture me. The difference between you and I is that you are a coward, a miscreant, a rodent. I have a YT channel. I am out in the public putting myself on the line so that walking cesspools like yourself with nonsense ideas can attack me. I don’t even know who you are. I am a grown woman. I take full responsibility for my life. My life, and what I do is none of your business. Why don’t you ask how Laila Afrika died at such a young age? The longest living people in the world today eat meat and animal products. They live good healthy lives. They are not in nursing homes. Live your life. I am going to live mine. BTW you probably took that poisonous injection. If you did, I would be minding my own business and trying to figure out how to rid myself of self-inflicted poisons.

@@CreativeRecipeswithKaren check how long I have been following you ma'am. Do you still think I created a page just to respond to this post? I don't bow to NOR DO I fear demons, I resist/ CAST them down with the POWER I KNOW I HAVE OVER THEM! Maybe you need to get your soul checked since you speak of & give them so much power over you. THE POINT IS, teach how to maximize the health benefits of plants while supplementing with K2 to avoid oxalate issues. This is just how SIMPLE the fix the whole oxalate issue is (TAKE K2). RATHER THAN come on here & talk about oxalate is why you decided to eat animal corpse, dairy (puss), & chickens period. SHAME ON YOU for this! Karen, your comment here spells some possible mental issues. Why? 1- I asked a question about your bread consumption, not tell you. 2- show me where I said oxalate derive from animal flesh consumption. 3- you can clearly see that I have been following you WELL OVER a year, yet you say I created this page just to comment on this post. Ma'am, you chose to use this platform "to teach." I and others chose to subscribe/ follow for your ideas on vegan cooking. You get paid by this platform for exposing yourself. I don't care to do this, so I don't. No one is forcing you to do this so get over your emotional roller-coaster self about exposing yourself. Seeing people who eat meat with oxalate issues daily proves that it's not just vegans/ plantbased eaters with this issue, ma'am. In fact, we see more individuals who also consume meat, dairy, and chicken menstrual with kidney stones. Before recently, no medical doctor was diagnosing individuals with high "oxalate", it was just that they had kidney stones or vitamins/ mineral deficiencies. Studies are now proving that dairy milk consumption is linked to osteoporosis. Causing a greater increase in bone density issues. You are "intelligent" and chose to come on here to so call "speak the truth/ teach", go do more research on this before you make videos like these. Or else, I GUARANTEE YOU THAT you will have some angry followers when you convince them to start eating animal flesh, dairy (puss), chickens menstruation and they still get told that they have oxalate issues, calcium/ VD absorption issues or worse, heart issues. You seem to be so hung up on this whole jab mess. Lady, can you tell me what does that have to do with this conversation? No wonder you keep getting blocked by this platform. GET OVER IT & stop allowing it to cause you mental issues. You have your freedom of choice & chose not to do it. Guess what, EVERYONE in this world have the very same choice. Get over your self gloating & self-righteousness. Focus on keeping your pay flowing and talk about things that can help people be of better mental health, love, & fearlessness. These people you categorized as "cultist" has got your mental state right where they need it to be, messed up. Your comments/ reply here are mainly irrelevant & out of context assumptions proves just that Karen. Vegan is still BY FAR THE BEST lifestyle for those who desire long-term optimal health....
