In this video I show you how to make a very simple DIY amplifier using a low-power integrated circuit, the TDA7052A. If you are new to electronics, if you want to learn about audio electronics, or if you are searching for an alternative to the LM386, this chip is for you.

@@LeftyMaker I want to learn how to make my own mic at home. An amplifier which will provide a bandwidth which removes all the bad noise while boosting my voice so it can be clearly recorded into the desktop using TRS 3.5mm jack. it would also be great if the mic is not required to stay close to my mouth and I am allowed to place it anywhere near me like of the table. ( I would like to completely eliminate the background noise and provide loud and crisp voice just from the 3.5mm jack and not from added power source like a battery). It would be great if the mic is made with lower cost in mind. The main component should be the electret mic. If this is possible I would be very happy and would surely suggest the video to all my friends studying electrical engineering with me. Thanks a lot for giving me a chance to share my idea with you!

One more thing when you are showing the parts you choose can you also explain why did you choose them? like with calculations if possible.

Great video with lots of information. If I was to design a tda7052a amplifier circuit with a transistor switching circuit to trigger a mute function, how would u change the circuit?
@LeftyMaker
@LeftyMaker 3 жыл бұрын
The chip goes into mute if you connect pin 4 to ground

I am trying to drive a 2.5 watt speaker,, using this chip. will it be okay, if i tried this, trying to make an amp fo a disk cutter, i read up on some specs i liked of this chip..I just want to drive the speaker,,

This is excellent. Could you do something around 5watts for a guitar amplifier?
@LeftyMaker
@LeftyMaker 3 жыл бұрын
Hm, I've never tried making one. I don't have a guitar 🙃 You can try searching for the Ruby amp or Little Gem amp and see if that works for you.

@@LeftyMaker what makes a normal line amplifier different from an instrument amplifier. I saw that they use a transistor of some sort, but I am unfamiliar with the application

Go with 6V. Anything below that and you won't get full power. Anything above that will cause the chip to get warmer.

Thank you for sharing, this is useful! I was recently in a similar situation, where I needed an audio amplifier to drive an 8 Ohm speaker. I ended up making a single-transistor common emitter amplifier. If you're interested, you can check it out here and let me know what you think! kzfaq.info/get/bejne/h615odqCxsW8dYE.html
