I love this video. This is exactly how it is for me. I’ve had loads of falls and had lots of injuries. You are soo brave

Thank you so much! It really knocks my confidence when I fall but we get up and keep going! 😊 I do use a walker now though, if I'm not in my chair, and that's much sturdier than a walking stick.

I have to crawl up the stairs sometimes, I’m definitely going to try walking backwards! I didn’t know that x

Gravity can sometimes suck. Japanese proverb - fall down 7 times, get up 8 😂

Not sure how tai chi would work with this disorder tbh I could be wrong. I’m exploring every possibility at the moment

I didn't find tai chi too helpful personally. Balance isn't very good for it. Chair yoga and chair beginners work outs are more helpful to me.

i would like you to LEARN TAI-CHI and have chinese medicine treatment ! - take control of your body again !

That’s hard if you have balance problems. I think everyone wants control of their bodies, but one type of exercise isn’t going to work for all. Sometimes nothing seems to work. Not even crystals as your name states.
