In this video is a review of Legacybox videotape transfers to digital. A customer contacted Got Memories saying that after six months of waiting for the video tapes to be transferred through Legacybox, the box, was returned with all of the tapes, not transferred with stickers on them, telling the customer that due to environmental issues, mold sheet water damaged the tapes are unable to be transferred, and assuming to the customer that nothing can be done, they are unplayable. The customer went onto KZfaq and found many videos from Got Memories highlighting this sticker scam situation. He also tried to get a refund from Legacybox and because it was over 90 days. They thought him and the credit card company cited with Legacybox not the customer so the customer got absolutely nothing back now Sara enough if the tapes were possibly destroyed or they put a lot of effort in to trying to digitize the maybe there might be some money owed for that time but in this case as demonstrated in this video every single video tape bar three played perfectly fine so the question lies with whether there is lying and scamming going on or is there some other explanation that the customer has not been aware of or been communicated from Legacybox to tell the customer why they could not get a picture off of them and why he was charged and why when he sends them off to another company they play perfectly fine I’ll be at three of them don’t.
