Hello Jane ans Ann. I love your recipes, but i was wondering if you could do a show on how to eat healthy super cheap. I cant afford all the ingredients you guys usually use. It would be so wonderful if you could do a days worth of meals for a low price. I try to eat healthy but it is very hard with todays food prices. I know you guys have to have great cheap ideas for us. Thank you for all you guys do.

If you use weight instead of volume measures, you don't get anything sticking to your measuring cups.

How often do you use plant fats in your day? Is it still best to limit or avoid to PREVENT heart disease ? Seems like you and rip and your family include them in most dishes so it confusing

Thank you for asking! Some people do get confused by that thinking that we are one family/one brand. It is very clear in all of our books how we differentiate between heart disease guidelines of plant perfect: no nuts, no avocado in recipes, and between plant strong for those without heart disease , which does use some seeds, nuts, and avocado in recipes.

I may be wrong yet the cup Jane pours water out of is half full so looks like this is 1 cup and the cup with tahini in background looks smaller so I was originally thinking 1/3 to 1/2 cup? I watched this several times-anyone else want to take a stab at the amt for those of us who haven’t got the book yet?
