This is my favourite podcast after Ravi Mehta's episode The behavioural deepdive approach in Product is incredibly valuable and powerful yet underrated by most companies I'm going to give these case studies a read and definitely try to figure out a way to try this approach in our product @Lenny: you are always spot on with the questions. You never let them get away with making a vague statement and not breaking the whole execution down step by step for us

Question to Kristen: what is the method / best way to decide on which behaviour to influence? You talk about becoming uncomfortably specific, and that's clear. But what are the criteria used to choose which behaviour to influence? How to figure out which behaviour has the highest impact, if influenced?
