That whole exchange from the time Howard noticed Raj was upset to the moment Raj gave Howard permission to read the text to everyone speaks volumes about the friendship between the two of them and the trust they have in eachother and everyone in that room. It's really touching.

@@shakesfirst2443 Well the thing that they're celebrating about Leonard's opportunity that even Sheldon make a toast and Howard can't stop saying that being in space is better than anything that is happening to them make him deserve that. Sheldon just answer to Howard "try to piss him off" that didn't have time to answer because of Raj's break up. And trying to tell other people that they're bad friends just for the way they think about a situación that they certainly studied to comment about it, it's rude.

Howard really needs to stop being smug about going to space. He didn't even want to go, Bernadette's father convinced him. Then he spent most of his time in training and in space scared and complaining about everything. He wasn't brave or a hero. THe only thing he can be proud of is being asked to go.

She as a character, might have more serious problems than you realize. Like people does in the world, if she doesn't feel like she wants to do something than it comes from her side, not from Raj's. It is one's state of mind that causes the unhappiness to others around him/her, because they think it is aimed on them.

It's just a television show. Don't take it so seriously. lol! Mind you, the guy who plays Raj certainly is a good actor and can make you feel for him. lol! However, I think it's time that the writers wrote a woman in for Raj. Everyone else has a partner except for him. It looks like they may have one now, so I hope they keep her there for him. I was really happy to see the writers allow Penny and Leonard to get engaged. That should bring some good stories. I love this show. It's my favourite!! Sheldon makes the show, even though he's so irritating. lol!

Joey Drian Agreed, as someone who suffers from the same thing. It's alot more difficult to deal with than people tend to realise. I've had the same problem. Get asked to go to a party, agreeing because its difficult not to; to someones face. Then it getting to the time and just not being able to go through with it. Which in turn makes you feel even worse for letting everyone down. Which obviously then just makes it even worse for next time it happens.

I think this storyline is a little ironic because Sheldon thinks he's the smartest out of the group (he kind of is) but they all seem to be doing better than him career wise. Howard when in to space, Leonard working for Stephen Hawking, Raj being on the 30 under 30. Meanwhile the trip he made to the arctic was a bust. I wonder what they'll do for him next, it has to be awesome though because Sheldon is awesome!!!

I can't believe people actually resent howard for bragging about his trip cause he was scarred to do it or because he was in charge of a space-toilet. Like it would make it less of an adventure. The whole show he gets crapped on for not being a doctor and "just" an engineer, and sheldon is constantly putting him down. I'm glad he brags about it a lot he deserves it.
