To each their own, but this Eponine makes it even harder to sympathize with a character whose only motivation is escaping the friend zone.

I hated Eponine's voice in this. Eponine was best portrayed through Lea Salonga and Samantha Barks.

I hated Frances Ruffelle when I first heard her, but now she's one of my Top 3 Eponines together with Lea Salonga and Carrie Hope Fletcher.

I agree Anne Hathaway was not that good of a Fantine. Her voice and her attitude wasnt strong in enough for the character of Fantine.
