Honestly, I don't blame people who make that mistake. I think being mistaken for lesbians as sisters or friends would be more uncomfortable than being mistaken as sisters or friends for lesbians. So I don't blame people for airing on the side of caution and going with the possibly less awkward response. (However, if someone is kissing in front of you and you still insist theyre just sisters or friends, that's another story entirely)

I have had the opposite! My mom had me when she was 20 and looks young for her age and when I was 15 I looked old for my age, and we were walking holding hands and this old lady walking by was loudly like “uuugh” as we walked by. I lowkey wanted to just start passionately making out with my mom just to freak the old lady tf out🤣 I’m pretty sure my mum would have gone along with it for the same reason lol

Okay, this is NOT an assumption, it is a FACT...you two are the most adorable couple on YT (or even on Earth!). I’ve said it before, and don’t mind repeating it!! Also, Jessica, I ABSOLUTELY would have chosen you as a friend-unlike nearly all of your current friends/family, apparently? This has been my fav video, so far, this Christmastide. We develop this coping skill as to not lash out at those that don't understand chronic illness and disability in those that "Well, you don't look sick" See Jessica's video on how to help a disabled friend I believe it was The 8th Day of Christmas.

As an American, a lot of us leave up the decorations until the day after New Years . But, I procrastinate, so MAYBE I'm actually following the English tradition of Christmastide !! In Russia it’s ok to have your Christmas tree until June and even later if you don’t care... I visited my friends in the beginning of May and the tree was there, I wasn’t really surprised lol We have our tree outside so we had to wait until February or March to undo the decorations because there was too much snow to come closer

Also I relate to both of you when Jessica is like "Ugh god why would you ever" at 4:49 and when Claudia is like "I AM NOT A PRINCESS. I AM A FIERCE WARRIOR" at 4:59. I was thinking just the other day that around people she doesn’t seem to know extremely well, that Claudia seems not quite reserved but introverted. Which is exactly the way that I am. Whereas Jessica has the personality of a Golden Labrador (I mean that lovingly): loyal, loving, extremely friendly and fairly open with people. She’ seems really happy to meet new people and throws herself into things and ventures. Based on the Chinese zodiac and other videos, I’d say Claudia is enthusiastic but cautious. Like the old saying goes, opposites attract. It seems to be going swimmingly for you two. I wish you many more years of happiness..

I'm (mostly) openly bisexual. When I was only out to some family, those that knew seemed to assume that I was dating any female friend who came over to visit. On the flip side, those that didn't know tended to assume my then-girlfriend was just my friend.

"clicking on soapbox icon" Carl Jung, who coined the psychological terms introverted and extroverted, referred to these two states as tendencies among four functions of the conscious mind--the Logical, Sensational, Emotional and Intuitive. One tends to be introverted OR extroverted with two functions and the other with the other two, but it is solely a matter of tendencies and only in regards to specific functions. The Sensational function for example is about taking in actual sensory input, whereas the Logical function is more about identifying that input and putting it in a context, and the Emotional function is about reacting to sensation and context based on personal, visceral value. And so on. But no one is purely or even singly extroverted or introverted. It doesn't work like that. "Unclicking icon." You two are so beautiful together. Fun story to share--my girlfriend in college and I were very similar physical types, including build and coloring. When folks assumed we were brother and sister, and due to our shared very wicked sense of humor, we would tell said folks "Yes we are siblings." Then we would behave like what we were, boyfriend and girlfriend, just to see them react. :)

With the introverted-extroverted thing, there is a scale. But it's mainly about where you get your energy from as to which one you are. So for an introvert, you get energy from being alone, and you lose energy from being around others (partners don't always count here, and it's not that you don't enjoy being with others, just that it's mentally draining). And vice versa for extroverts. However, if you only need a little bit of time to recharge, then you're only slightly that way.
