Thank you, Jeff, I love the radical acceptance that you affirm in this meditation, which is really helpful for me, to just accept all sensations, all thoughts, instead of “screening “ them and judging them. You’re a wise guide. Much Agape to everyone ❤❤

I wonder if I am the only one, who is quite annoyed by background music.. that keeps pulling my attention .. I understand that this experience too can be welcomed... But would rather embrace my experience purely.. without extra stimulation... Otherwise would have been a nice relaxing meditation, I believe!
