You should watch it in theatre’s, it’s a totally different experience and if you want to see it go see it. You can do a review when you get home after the movie. Plus, I’m going to see it in theatre’s so you shouldn’t miss this opportunity.

When I was in high school, my drama class had to perform a musical number. One student did "Sincerely Me". So, when I saw the trailer, I didn't know it would be so deep. This is why I love theater. It really helps convey the emotions throughout the story really well. Now that theater is not being taught at public schools makes me so mad. Theater should be for everyone, not just private schools!

@@user-jt3ow7rm8t Not canonically, but a lot of fans shipped him and Connor (who's bi, I believe), especially because of the various jokes made in the show about Evan and Connor ("But not because we're gay!", or when Jared tells Evan that the Murphys probably think he and Connor were a couple), and because Ben Platt is gay.

Ditto! And FYI they've started running a television commercial advertising the trailer that features "Waving" as the background music! It's posted on my channel and it shows a clip of how that song will be performed.

I’ve seen this play many times. I’ve even perform as You Will Be Found as Evan Hansen and I remember just breaking down because Evan Hansen is a masterpiece. I’m glad they cast Ben Platt

I was lucky enough to see it in the west end in 2019. I really hope Julianne moore can pull off her songs, especially when we know Ben Platt has the voice of an angel

Wow - such an awesome, genuine, great reaction vid! Loved watching your eyes get wider and the different expressions you had. I'm totally obsesses with this show and this movie is going to be phenomenal. I’ve watched this show in west end (London) it broke me it had an amazing storyline and beautiful soundtrack and I can’t wait for this film! I think you should go see it in theatres and do a short review afterwards as it’s such a different and amazing experience in cinemas. Love your vids btw

I remember discovering this show through a bootleg of the show on KZfaq and I just remember wanting a movie to be made as soon as I saw the full show from that bootleg because the story is so good. I’m sad at the fact that no one in the movie theater loved the movie (everyone laughed during Words Fail which is supposed to be a serious scene btw) including my brother and his friend having mixed thoughts at it only because of Evan’s lie.

When the trailer said Step-father I was like *bitchhhhhhh* . I hate that they made Larry the step-dad, it kinda devalues the whole meaning of their relationship, plus I don't understand why I was necessary.

Honestly, it might have just been so that they could cast those actors. Because Danny is Cuban and Colton and Kaitlyn are caucasian (as far as I know), they might have made him the step-father because the kids' actors aren't actually Latin. I still think they didn't have to make the change, but I honestly don't think it'll make THAT much of a difference, especially if they make it so that Larry's been married to Cynthia since Zoe was little. It's not perfect, but it'll still work well enough to not distract from the point.
