Welcome to the 2018 Lexus LS500 Executive, the crown jewel of the Lexus lineup. Lexus came into the automotive world with the LS400, a car that shook the segment in its place with a car that could do everything at a more affordable price point and bulletproof reliability.
The 2018 LS is the fifth generation of the top tier Lexus, based on the same architecture as the LC. At a starting price of $102,700CAD and an as-tested price of $129,700, this Lexus packs a LOT to justify its price. Let’s go for a drive and break down everything this car has to offer.

TheDriveGuyde i like it alot More then the old one. But i feel like there trying way to hard style wise.

I have a Lexus LS430. It brings a smile to me every time I sit in it. I can't say the same about LS460, but LS500 seems to have a charisma that brings a smile.

Thank you Max! Purchased a ‘20 LS500 F Sport, Rwd in atomic silver. Having owned Porsche, Mercedes, & BMW, as well as an LS460, can tell you this is equally well put together and has evolved into a truly beautiful, unique ride. It’s long, lean and lethal, and will absolutely haul ass when summoned! Ole Lexus!

BMW and Mercedes customers never considered buying this Lexus LS500 because they are not buyers. They only lease their BMW or Mercedes. The majority of Lexus customers are buyers who buy their Lexus to own.

There are no words that could accurately describe my love for this luxury sedan!!! This is the best example of giant prestigious car which allows you to save money in the long run as far as running costs! At the moment I own a BMW 3 series MY 19 but I sincerely hope to buy a hugely depreciated LS within 6 years! That could also be perfect for a family! In addition, I hope you're feeling good during these quite tiresome times! Stay safe! Peace

I'll just assume that the front passenger seat cannot fold away if someone is in it and the rear passenger goes full relax?

21-23 Combined MPG for this Lexus. It does have an appealing surreal quality to it, but I have a hard time imagining myself driving the real-world streets of the USA in such a posh vehicle. I would rather have a Mazda 6 or a Sonata.

Well done review max. It is beautiful inside and out. Shame it doesn't have a more powerful V8 turbo like the competition. $120k and it has easily the worst interface to operate and no Apple Carplay or Android Auto. As shown, to tirn on the heated seats is a huge endevor when in motion. So if power or tech are not your biggest concern in your $120k super sedan, the Lexus LS is for you

Run flat tires are louder and rougher than the older LS460 --- test drove one and didn't like it.
