We were curious to found out what's the secret of a solid relationship. What is the best advice? What is the best tip? How do you do it?
Especially in times like this, where we are often locked up together, keeping your relation strong can be very difficult.
In this experiment LifeHunters and Libelle, largest women's magazine in The Netherlands, asked 3 couples to hug each other for 4 minutes. And this gave us unique insights!
Especially the life lessons of Marietje and Frits, 62 years together, are a huge inspiration.

Being has a tendency to 'return' to clusters ='the nature of solidarity' -a desire for empathy -(Wave)-(yin) and also, Being has a tendency to 'exist' as individuals ='the nature of self-expension' -a desire for breed-(Particle)-(Yang) Likewise, humans have two elements. We must realize that we all have both left and right elements =Solidarity and Self reliance No one has only one element. so 'Sum' derived from 'two poles' , (thesis, antithesis, synthesis) To develop intellect and ethics by harmonizing the two, It is good to realize it and balance it properly But A few people polarized the crowd(political partisanship) without balancing themselves. And They stole only the sum, only the synthesis from the triangle composition. Now We all have to get out of this deceptive situation. This is not the time for us to hate each other. We have to track down those who have been manipulating us.

Omg!! I’ve been doing this for years. I’m anxiety prone so hugging is my drug. I cuddle up with my boyfriend every damn day for a few minutes

well, i do appreciate this video, makes me think of all the people that i didnt appreciate today neither, will catch up on that promptly Just one personal question out of curiosity: what do you do, when you in fact, have no one left to hug at the moment? I mean i got my old teddybear lol, I gues that still counts?

I guess I'm just old fashioned. I'm 78 years old and been married for 52 years to a wonderfull woman, and we have a 41 year son. I just can't get use to two people of the same sex hugging in a romantic way and advertising it on a television channel.

Thanks you for sharing your thoughts. Throughout the animal kingdom diversity exists in sexuality, and it is only humans who judge what is natural or not. It’s just the conditioning probably that makes you uncomfortable seeing it because it’s seen as taboo and “unnatural”. We can also choose to see it as a beautiful expression of love between two people, and what difference really does it make unless the focus is on reproductive organs. Personally, I find shooting each other with guns is horrific and unnatural, but those traumatic images are available to anyone of any age and normalised.

So I actually have a friend who had an on and off relationship, nobody supported it because it went on and off, even I didn't and even our teacher told him that he needed to stop sending her letters with love questions because they are not a good combination. Now my friend claims he changed and that he doesn't love her and forgot her, I'm still skeptical since they kept on getting back and back so much so that nobody exactly knows how many times they broke up, and guess what they always did when they went home? They hugged. They hugged a lot and so often they even had nicknames for each other which were teddybear and hugbear. But they still didn't have solidity despite hugs. And they couldn't even make more than a month of their relationship ever.
