Life with Dwarfism

Laura is diagnosed with dwarfism and wants others to understand she has the right to have children.
She has two sons. Jace is average height and Zakkery is also diagnosed with dwarfism. Laura wants the world to know that the happiness of her children is not measured by their height.

We're all different in some way. Taller, shorter, bigger, smaller, different color of skin, male, female, etc. Thats what makes this world great. I think you and your family are wonderful ❤ embrace who you all are.....the negative opinions don't matter 🙂

I admire this woman's attitude. She is perfectly right. Saying that people who are dwarfs shouldn't have children is like promoting eugenism and this shocks me a lot. People are always ready to judge. Like my father was so old he could have been my grandfather. And some people made comments. So what?

yeah my family has a lot running in it lmao. ours is mainly mental disabilities though. but my view is, It’s a good thing their parent understands even if the parent “gave it to them” so could abled parents have but disabled parents are more prepared to raise a disabled child.

We are all different in our own special and unique ways, nobody should judge because only God can judge us, and an imperfect person can't judge another imperfect person because nobody on this earth is perfect. God bless you all abundantly 🙏

I had a friend in high school and she was a dwarf and i was big and strong .Her family had moved into the area the summer before high school started ..she was introduced to me by another girl . It took a while for her to understand i didn't care about her height it was who she was inside .and i was the guy who didn't let anybody bully anyone in school being 5 ,10 and 250 all muscle didn't hurt . all us locals grew up together so most people knew not to mess with my friends her name was Clare and after she understood i didn't care about her height issue she cam out of her shell .that's when i found out how funny she really was and how fast she could switch to a real tornado .I lost track of her after high school .So Clare if your out there I hope you got every thing you wanted out of Life and it's a good one .

Maybe you can help your children by teaching them to ignore the stares!! Anyone that is a little different gets stated at!! My sister was blind and thats what we taught her!! Accept and believe in yourself!!

When she refers to her child as this ones, that's when you should ask yourself is she more about herself or her responsibility. She needs to work on it because she knows the answer. She still has time.

People don't think you're a side show. It's abnormal and people don't see it everyday. People who are very tall get stared at almost as much. People with very big muscles get stared at etc. It's out of the normal and People are curious. The mom is victimizing the whole family

@@kimberlysevastyanenko3798so if it's a condition you can feel sorry for that bit if it affects how you look you can't be ? 21 century. It's a condition period and considering her crying about how people stare at her I only guess if she had a button she would push it to become average height.

@@siemniak Plenty of people with dwarfism do not want people to feel sorry for them. They just want to be treated as normally as possible.

She keeps talking negative and about how people don’t accept little people, that’s simply not true. With the little people shows on tv today, people have been exposed to little people more then ever, she’s certainly correct, she’s no different the any other mother. She needs to be more positive around her kids and build them up strong, not make them worry about what other people think! She’s giving them a complex based on her own insecurities.
