LIFT TURKEY NECK and LOW FACE - Natural Effective Face Exercises

In this video, I’m going to show you an updated routine to tone and lift turkey neck and low face. Turkey neck is this little space under the chin which might have lost its tone and started to sag and feel loose under the chin.
If your jawline and neck are in need of attention, this is a great routine to do daily to tone this area naturally and effectively. These face exercises will also help to tone the jaw line and the neck, so your whole low face will benefit from it too!

Great video, another fantastic routine to add to the collection 😁 it does create a bit of tension in my neck and outer jaw, but I think with practice I can reduce those . Many thanks Polina 🙌
