If you feel your low face is starting to droop down, if the jawline is losing its sharp contour and the mouth corners are pulling down creating jowls, then these moves are for you!
The exercises I’m going to show create lift in the low cheek, chin and neck muscles and by toning the underlying muscles of the face, we are tightening the skin, improving blood circulation and bringing in more collagen, thus creating more lift in the whole of the low face.
The face muscles are like body muscles (albeit a bit smaller) - if we don’t work them, they get lazy, they lengthen and start too succumb to gravity. So train your muscles with me in this video! Make sure your skin is moisturised before you start.

Hi ☺️👋 I saw your channel and decided to subscribe so that I can start doing face yoga. You bear a striking resemblance to my dearly departed mum down to the skin tone and hazel eyes. Coincidentally it's going to be her birthday day February 8th. My mum was from Puerto Rico but looked European. I truly believe we live in a mathematical universe.

Thanks for starting to work with the videos Julie🌸💆‍♀ results are really individual but generally 6 weeks onwards you'll be able to notice progress. Keep consistent, observe the muscle isolation and let results take care of themselves 🌷

Polina you are young and yet help everyone with these exercises to make people look younger. You must be in your early 30's.

Well thank you for your compliments 🌸but I'm not THAT young 😅 I'm 49 :) In our 30s we don't really have any ageing so the exercises really do come into play mid 30s onwards, of course one can start earlier for prevention of lines and developing connection to facial muscles.

It's a bit tricky if you have unevenness such as you describe, it's possible on one side of your face the muscles might be more tense (and therefore shortened and tight) and the other side is normal length muscles, which is one of the reasons you might see asymmetry. I would focus on tension release to 'return' the muscles to their normal position, you might find this will help to even the face out. Hope this helps!🌸

Thank you Polina, it’s so good softening the laugh lines, my jowels are quite slight, but will work around this area, lm so trying to plump my cheeks, oval shaped face, and lost some weight, so the cheeks are also important at the moment, and look after my skin! (56) aghhh!💚😊😮😬

Great work 🌸sounds like you're doing the right exercises for the issues that you want improving !💆‍♀ Yes the cheeks do take centre stage and toning them helps so many other problem areas such as jowls, nasolabial folds etc, so do stay consistent and you will see results 🌷

What face yoga you do for softening the laugh lines and plum cheeks becuz I have them at 20 yes old please help

It's very unlikely you would have permanent laugh lines already at 20, just to re-iterate - it's normal when the laugh lines appear when you're smiling and laughing as they are visible when we create face expressions @@prarthanasingh6783 . In any case, keep your cheeks firm and you should see the lessening of any laughter lines 🌸

Hey polina thanks for all your help. I have an issue with resting sad face, particularly my eyebrows always seem to be frowning and my attempt to consciously push them up creates forehead lines. Can you give me the title of the specific video that helps fix that frowning eyebrow issue? Thanks

Hi Jabar, the first 5 videos in my Forehead Section will be useful for you, as they target the tension that accumulates in the forehead and help to release it. You can literally try each video for 5 days and see which one suits you better and gives you best results. In addition to doing the videos, you must notice what makes you pull the eyebrows together, as it maybe a habitual emotion that you feel every day - if you become aware of it and stop it before it wrecks havoc with the forehead muscles, you will be making progress 💆‍♀ Your nervous system state is important when it comes to forehead looking smoother. Please also incorporate forehead massage video daily, am and pm to smooth out the lines. Hope this helps :)

Thanks for your question, I'm not sure what you mean by a small round circle - do you mean the muscle feels tense or there's something else there, like a swelling? Any abnormality such as swelling needs to be checked by the doctor first. This video is for toning the low face muscles and smoothing out the skin 🌸

Your jaw should not be hurting during the first exercise, you might be tightening the cheeks and into the back of the jaw too much. Just try to lessen the muscular contraction a little bit while still attempting the scoop 🌸💆‍♀
