This video was made for my kids when they were in college.
They missed my spaghetti sauce so I made them a video on how we make it.
It was originally "Unlisted".
They shared it with some friends so I thought we would go public with it.
Serves 6
1 ½ pound ground round
1 pound ground sausage
8 oz. mushrooms
1 Spanish onion, diced
6 cloves garlic, minced fine
3-4 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
4 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped fine
1 bunch basil, chopped fine
1 tablespoon thyme (fresh or dry)
¼ cup sugar
Fresh cracked pepper to taste
1 pound pasta, cooked and drained
Fresh parmesan cheese
