I think the song is less about flexing & more about him letting everyone know he's still hungry & going in like he was in the beginning. He's still looking for more even tho he has done all these things. He was the 1st independent artist to ever go platinum...way back before KZfaq, Twitter, Spotify, etc. 7:36 - Mr. Baywatch = The Rock 8:12 - shouting out T.I. 8:29 - the watch that never ticks or tocks is a Rolex Also, I'm pretty sure "built an empire in the zoo (zou)" is in reference to building up his label "Strange Music" in "Mizzou" (short for Missouri)

To me Tech N9ne is Goat.. well I'll say in my mind as far as rappers currently rapping. Check the numbers he's put out 30 albums I own like 17 (only started to listen him 3-5 yrs) and there is not a single album I wouldn't play right now and love 85% of the songs. Eminem has only put out 10 and I own 9. There is 3 I wouldn't play the whole thing cause only one or two songs are my style. Just cause Em has sold 200% -300% (maybe more IDK) more albums I still like talent over sales and Stans.. great reaction.
