We sometimes have a tendency to overdo it, making unhealthy decisions that we might be paying a bigger price for than we realize or acknowledge. There are probably places where you could cut back and feel better. Let's clear the way for healthier choices with some EFT/Tapping.

So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.tapwithbrad.com
This is only my way of using the process, rather than what might be called official EFT.
If you enjoyed this video, please subscribe to my videos and share them with others. I hope you will also sign up for my free newsletter “Tap of the Week” - filled with good stuff for your body, mind and spirit each Monday. Please click here: www.tapwithbrad.com/gifts (and you get my free 5-day Tap Into Your Best Self program when you sign up!)

Once again. No coincidence. Starting the 30 day sober journey. In the past couple of weeks have found 2 books that have helped me transform and make my tapping even more powerful. yesterday i went from from 100 fear / anger to today awaking at 200 courage on the map of consciousness scale. my brain processed the day of tapping and reading about the layers of fear and anger in Letting Go by David Hawkins. This book lines up with tapping in a powerful way. 30 day sober solution has excellent exercises and incorporates tapping too

Thank you for this important topic, Brad 💜I truly believe (and try to practice this....truly imperfectly of course 😜) that the most loving way we can make change to our habits that may be harmful to us is to honor the emotional source/emotional pain that this over-intake/over-doing is being a salve to. We can already have shame related to these behaviors, OR shame can be the emotion we are trying to make feel better. In my opinion, by making goals of 'just cutting it out' or 'limiting intake' without understanding the pain that's driving it just set us up for more shame when we inevitably cannot maintain this new behavior. By honoring and loving the painful emotions/thoughts with awareness, expression, and compassion (and Tapping!), this naturally changes our 'need' for it. 🥰

Thank you Brad! A long marriage to an alcoholic made not drinking it very easy for me. Sugar has been more difficult, especially with summer and ice cream 🍨 This has helped already ❤❤

Great video for me. Recovering from burn out and depression, i had clearly let myself go to all of those, and have been in the last few months really reducing to 0 one thing after another (or incorporating also, such as morning/and now evening, walks), some stick, some don't :) work in progress but feeling so much better, was remembering last night how a year ago i would have been in front of the tv, eating junkfood, drunk and smoking, and how much better it feels to be doing a nice walk with evening light instead :) Awesome as always. Will be repeating this one quite a bit me thinks :) Thank you so very much for your videos

Yawning is one of the ways the body expresses energy being shifted. It's pretty common during tapping. It's a good thing. :)
