Thanks for watching, Steve. I am trying to feature all orange and black stuff and there is more than I thought that I had. I still hope to do a postwar one before the weekend. It will feature the Halloween General with the orange SP coaches. The operating swing has a 5-finger servo.

I'm amazed at how you can change the personality of your layout so completely Jim. Now it's set up for a creepy Halloween, but in two months time it'll be "All Christmas" and it'll look like Halloween never happened! A great show as always! Thanks!

Yes, you are probably right. Due to impatience and laziness on my part, I have areas that are not permanently "fixtured" with accessories. This gives me the opportunity to change these areas with the seasons, also makes the layout look bigger than it is. Thanks for watching, and yes, stay tuned for Christmas on the LSRR. I should try to squeek in a Thanksgiving video in-between.

@@JFLionelT-RailOperator Hey, here a suggestion for a Thanksgiving video. How's about a flock of turkeys at the train station waiting for the next one out of town? ( Believe it or not about ten or so years ago there was a flock of wild turkeys hanging out at a New Jersey Transit station!) Or maybe turkeys stowing away in boxcars?

Love the orange Lionel prewar gondola unit train ! But, wait, I thought you promised an appearance of your beautiful Ives orange and black 3261 Southern Special Set 482 for this Halloween ?

Keep your shirt on......as my old man used to say. I found that I had more than I remember of orange/black stuff, so am doing several shorter videos. The Ives set is in a video with a Marx and an AF set, should be posted today. Thanks for watching and for paying attention to my ramblings. If there was a test, you would get an A.

Very good. I believe the black and orange colors were handed down from the Catholic All Saints and All Souls Day masses - orange from the old style candles and black from the priest's vestments.
