As an arsenal fan, my hatred for utd has lessened over the past few seasons for obvious reasons. Good to see yous getting a good baller this time, he's a top player. Hopefully arsenal and Utd get back up there, our battles for the league were by far the most historic years in premier league history in my opinion.

2:46 was the best clip for me. This is the difference between a player with heart and one without. He took the shot full force without flinching or backing away and sent it out instead of dodging or redirecting goalways.

Yep Martinez in a nutshell. He´s gonna be a fan favorite really quick i think. For me 2:01 is a perfect example for what youre going to see every match. He's defending with all he gots and many times he walks in to strikers just because he feels like it. 90minutes against him is not like walking in the park. The best thing.. He also has a pretty good left foot to and almost never a red card. many yellows though. His long bal is steady en his passing game between the lines is beter than Harry or Varane.

It still amazes me how well he defends despite his height. I have seen him in real life, and yes he is pretty short compare to other United players. He plays with no fear at all!! 🔥

Yeh I’m 5’10 and play rugby. Probably always in the shortest 4 men on the pitch. No one runs at me in the second half though…

Good decision-making when under pressure. And duo was strong. Varane likes to receive passes. So I have good feeling martinez and varane will start every game. It was like a wall infront of the goal. And at some point opponent got frustrated that striker pushed Martinez like a kid 😄😄😄🤣

I am also a 175cm DF ... we have hard life coz our height when we play. Lisandro Martínez is a very good DF. Very calm and great ball control! I don't see such good short DF since Cannavaro.
