Letting go of that little man had to be one of the hardest things ever. I'm a little late to the party here, but God bless you in all you do, and you know lil Mink was watching over him on his long and difficult journey. I'm sure she and the others that were destined for angelhood are watching over you as well in return for all the kindness you showed them. All the love in the world to you!!!

I feel very emotional watching this video because I too found a little baby boy who looked EXACTLY like Badger. His name was Doughnut. He was 1-2 days old when we found him along with his 2 tabby sisters. One of them didn't make it but Doughnut and his other sister Fusia, although very vulnerable, turned out to be fighters and with lots of TLC and overnight feeding they pulled through the neonatal period. Fusia quickly became very independent but Doughnut was clumsy and did not understand solid food or toys. Later on it turned out that he was visually impaired which explained his clumsiness. Although his vision improved over time, he remained super clumsy, talkative and cute and we loved him so much (he often forgot to put his tongue away, just like Badgie!). Oddly enough, he grew up to be a a little fire starter. Sadly, the night before his neutering appointment he went off somewhere and never came back (we live in Greece where there is plenty of free roaming space and nature) which was not like him because he was so attached to us. We think he tried to pick a fight with another cat and that was it for him (as I mentioned before, he was extremely clumsy and helpless though in his head he was an apex predator). We are still devastated even though months have passed since his disappearance. It's so important to neuter cats and dogs as soon as they reach the correct age not only to prevent unwanted pregnancies, but also to discourage certain behaviours in males. I hope Badger and Leeni are happy in their new hope, and, to Badger's new parents - please give him a big smooch from me in Doughnut's memory.

Today while jogging I saw a kitten just screaming for help. He was alone in the city side. No people no food. Once he saw me he came running towards me. I fed him ( he is about 6-8 weeks), he drank water too. Now he is sleep n' cozy in his soft bed.

6 days ago someone left a mom with 5 preemies at my door, since i'm known to be the cat girl. last night Diana (the mom) passed away, and i still don't deal with death well. i'm sick, depressed and couldn't sleep because i was crying all night and had to feed the kittens. The problem is i can't seem to find cat milk since we're quarantined and couldn't find any help. I'm glad i remembered of your channel and i can at least feel like i'm doing the right thing and have energy to take care of them. One of them is still very tiny and doesn't even meow because of how weak he is rn. i'm really concerned, we're on a budget because of the quarantine but i can't seem to find anyone else who wants to take care of them edit: i received some donations and was able to buy the catmilk. I fed them and figured out how to keep them warm and it was a strict routine, i don't know how anyone would sleep taking care of kittens lol. I wasnt able to pay for vet exams and all i could do was feed, clean and check on them and the temperature all the time. Because they're preemies, 3 of them suddenly got weak, couldnt eat, and they would try and meow 'til the last minute. Again, i really tried but still couldnt pay for the vet. It was really hard and i still wonder if i was responsible, maybe did something wrong. It was hard and, even though i really hope it doesn't happen again (it was a hard time seeing them suffer), i'm trying to still learn more so i can help in case anyone needs.

I found a newborn kitten on my front porch. It's little placenta was still attached but it was out of it's sac. I was pleased to find he was still alive. The whole neighborhood helped look for the mom and rest of the litter but never found them. I took care of that tiny precious boy and adopted him. Precious and I were inseparable, he thrived for 21 yrs. He was laid to rest 5 yrs ago. I have since adopted 3 rescue fur family members in honor and memory of my Precious. I now have two 10 month olds and a 5 yr old. They seem to be adapting to their furever home well. Active little cuties, so full of energy and curiosity. I love them so much. It helps with the grief of losing Precious. Thank you for all you do for soooooooooooo many tiny precious lives, you're so sweet and gentle, absolutely AMAZING KITTEN LADY !!! И троих забрали в семьи, а последний- самый маленький был с пупочной грыжей. И его взяла соседка Ирина, чудаковатая такая. Но она вылечила этого котенка, операцию оплатила, хотя жили тогда очень трудно... Такой котяра вырос! Еще таких поискать богатырей! .... И таких людей тоже! А Вам респект! -

I’ve grown up with cats and dogs. Kitten to cat and puppy to dog. The years went by and lots of stuff happened. The toughest part was letting them all go. My favorite part was each ending, even though it was the hardest.. all the good times and finally returning them to their maker!!! My favorite part is the goodbye part even though it’s the hardest. Like saying goodbye to in old friend. The true part of animals and recognizing that the real part of me and my self esteem, the bigger picture in life. Animals definitely bring out the best in us human beings. I’ve spent many years hunting and fishing and even then animals , quail , ducks and deer represent a beautiful thing of life. Even as a hunter I respect animals and their purpose. A hunting dog or a beautiful buck on a hill in the wilderness. Animals bring out the best in human beings hopefully we respect each other and ourselves!

I rescued a litter of 4 after Hurricane Matthew hit Florida. A work friend found them in his shed, the mother didn't come back, so he called me and asked me what to do. I took them in. I already had 2 that were a little over a year old, so my plan was to keep 1 of the kittens and find homes for the other 3. When the first one was picked up by his new family, I was inconsolable, and I cancelled the other 2 adoption. I still miss little Sebastian. But I have a total of 5 and I am greatful for my little pride. At the moment I have one on either side of me at my desk, one on the shelf above my monitor, one at my feet, and one along the back of my chair. That's love.

Very touched. My cat Mr. Mojo lost nearly her entire litter to premature birth. Layla was the sole survivor. It actually worked out well, as I had another litter of four, 8 days older & fully developed for their age. Mojo put Layla in with them and co-mothered the lot. The only hurdle was getting her weight up. Mojo & Moochie were nursing her, but her weight was staying subpar. I had to make a schedule of feeding, which had an amazing effect on her energy. Every time I tempted her to eat, she'd be up & playing with her much bigger "sibs". She's still petite at 3 months, 2 weeks, but is growing long and has a good fat layer. I'm looking for a home for her, but may be too late. She's chosen my man, Ron. He's become a full-on convert to cat person, and doesn't think he can give her up. One of her "brothers" was adopted by a friend of mine who lives 2 doors away, so they still have playdates! Thank you so much for all you do. I only wish I had the rescources... I end up with bottle fed babies every year, and frankly go without my own food for their formula and care. You're an inspiration to me and to all.

What you're doing is more than great. There's not a word to describe it. I judge people by how they treat animals and children. I'm always surprised by how many good souls there are out there willing to do good things and it always renews my faith in people. It takes a special soul to be able to do what you're doing. If it were me, I couldn't give them up. Especially in Badger's case. But you put aside your own selfish desire. You get what you give in this life. Karma never loses an address whether it is goodness or evil. You've got loads of good Karma. You've saved a lot of lives by doing this. Keep doing it.

You are a true angel! I have that kind of love for animals as well. I recently lost my 2 old dogs within 2 weeks of each other and I was heartbroken💔 within 2 weeks after that I went down to the best friends animal rescue and adopted 2 dogs who I immediately fell in love with before I even met them in person. They were a bonded pair (an English pointer and a tiny chihuahua) quite the odd couple, but they needed each other as much as I needed them. They are the lights of my life and we’ve had many fun adventures together. They even experienced snow for the first time a couple of weeks ago. They came from a much warmer climate and had never experienced snow before. It’s all been so amazing!! We also have a beautiful Siamese mix cat who is starting to tolerate his new siblings. Life is happy and rescuing animals is the best thing ever💜💙❤️💚💛🧡
