Interestingly, the defence has no substantial questions to help Chad in the cross-examination of the expert witness on the stand. Fighting a losing battle methinks. Poor Mr Prior. Hard not to laugh.

No, but I suspect complete disgust. Have you read the entire story? In it, he writes that the second time they meet, they are messing around sexually, and in the midst of it, he suddenly has the strong feeling that he needs to give her a blessing. He puts his hands on her head and gives her a blessing while she is still straddling him. Completely nauseating.

Where are video/audio, or transcripts of Daybell being interviewed by police and jail house calls? We have had access to this info for Murdaugh, Adelson, Franke, Hildebrandt. Why is this different?

Neither Chad nor Lori did interviews with Police. They did not talk. What I would be interested in, however, is an alleged phone call between Lori and Chad where she was indicating she was going to talk to Police and Chad talked her out of it? This came up in pre trial motions and discovery. I’m wanting to hear those calls while Lori was locked up and Chad wasn’t but I don’t know if Prior somehow got them not to be admitted.

@@susiepummill9391I don't think his kids would be subject to an exclusionary order, only because I could imagine they would be listed as victims in the case as well, and victims are not apart of the order... but I could be wrong. I could see them just not watching it because they're brainwashed by Chad and think he's innocent.
