Good advice from the female officer. ..You never know if the person in the other car has a gun. You don't know if they place any value on human lives other than their own. Avoid road rage confrontation if at all possible.

They both could have gone to jail from the way the woman cop was talking. If they can't get a party to testify against another party they can't arrest them. If they decline to press charges there's nothing they can do. It's all about being able to actually charge someone and have the charge stick and be convicted.

I once had a road rage incident with a guy that turned out to be on the news as a legit serial killer. I am telling you its not worth it. Let it go and move on. PS for those that want to know, he got caught and hanged himself in jail.

juck huo We were on the interstate and my Uncle was driving and let's just say he thinks he has a extremely high Ego and when we got cut off by another driver he went after them, then that escalated the other crazy driver to cut us off again. Then the chase began! After a couple of miles we we got in the far left lane on the interstate and here comes the part I can't remember very much. All I remember was the other car was driving in the emergency lane, there was a SUV in front of us, and there was another car on the right side of us. And here we are going about 120 mph driving in the broking white lines stuck in between 3 cars about 3 inches away from each other. Thank God we managed to get out without hitting someone. And to make everything more crazy the song "Take Me Down to the Paradise City" was playing on almost max volume!!! It could have all been avoided if my Uncle didn't chase them. So no matter how someone cuts you off just remember they are not worth your life!
