First and most important...I truly hope you are feeling MUCH better really soon. Second...You did accomplish the goal IMO because your plan worked (unfortunately the execution that was beyond your control didn't). I have worked in those call centers when I was much younger and still working and I can tell you MANY of my fellow employees answer the phone, let the person say something then listen for a brief bit then hang up. Just to make their call numbers inflate.

As an Italian American, I can promise you that any cheese is better than no cheese, and that Italians will do anything possible to get as close as they can get to authentic. It’s how Italian American food got to where it is, because of ingredient accessibility.
