I was in the hospital last month. My MRI after doing ocrevus showed the 25 active lesions I had in Jan are no longer. So its is also doing it's job for me.

Hi doll, so I would just like to say that you’re amazing and I appreciate the videos that you make showing your journey. I just had my spinal tap on Monday the 13th of August and am still waiting for the results for an official diagnosis, but our stories seem quite similar. Only it’s usually my right side that is affected. When my MRI came back showing I had scars (and or lesions) on my brain I was at first scared.. yet also relieved (because for the longest time I thought I was crazy and making my symptoms appear out of no where) my symptoms include, slurred speech, double vision, muscle spasms in both my right arm and leg, very sudden mood swings (also stemming from anxiety), fatigue and in my most recent “relapse” bladder problems. Because I am only 19 my neurologist ordered many tests, he said, “the scarring on your brain is something I might expect to see in a 50 year old. Not a 19 year old” so he ordered 8 blood samples to test and a spinal tap where they took 8 samples of cerebral spinal fluid.. I’m just waiting to hear back about my results. I’ve been binging your videos because you have such a raw and positive way of talking about your struggles that I find so comforting. Thank you so much for helping many people out there, including myself, find comfort.

Oh Lauren that is wonderful. Thank God for hard work in medical research and people who care about us. It's perfectly reasonable to be nervous before an appointment! So happy this is going well for you. Myself, I'm pretty relaxed about the whole deal. Nothing is more important than God being for me, so MS is a bit of a so what, I reckon. Cheers for you!

Congrats! I was Dx in 2001. Im on Ocrevus too, got my first 2 infusions in June. I feel great, more energy and can climb short stairs like normal people. I have a question though, I caught a cold in July that I can't seem to shake. Wondering if you or your followers have experienced this? If so what did you do to get get better...as much as we w/ the MonSter can. Again so happy for you!!! I live in FW, TX so i get the heat reference, I contribute my sleeping a whole day to it. Can't wait for the cooler weather to be able to go outside and play ;) Take care!
