Trust me, you don't want to be 93 years old and sitting in a retirement home regretting that you never started that business, asked that boy/girl out on a date, or spent more time with your kids. Regret is poison, make sure you avoid it at all costs! Watch this video to make sure you set yourself up for success on this massive issue that’s a huge vulnerability.
Today's video is a keynote I gave recently at Picatinny Arsenal in NJ. I share my thoughts on why empathy and accountability are keys to becoming a great leader and how becoming better at kind candor has helped me to scale my business and build healthier relationships personally and professionally. I also talk about how A.I. is going to impact our lives and why everyone needs to try it. Lastly, I answer a bunch of marketing, parenting, and content creation questions to the audience. Hope this video brings you tons of value!

Life's too short for regrets! Chase your dreams relentlessly and fearlessly. Embrace the unknown, take risks, and trust in your abilities. Don't let fear or doubt hold you back. Your future self will thank you for having the courage to pursue what sets your soul on fire.

As always, a super keynote thank you. Gen-Xer here, I had my first beeper in 1991, my first cell phone (brick) in 1993, then a Palm Treo in 2007, then an iPhone in 2009. However I am surely never getting a neural implant unless I am paralyzed and cannot physically function semi normally without one.

This totally speaks to me. I follow a KZfaqr who has been knocked down all his life. He’s got a lot of dissenters in his life. He needs to believe in himself & keep pushing forward & fighting forward. I’m not the guy to encourage or help him, but your presentation, your message, I hope helps. Hopefully, he sees this & pays attention. Thanks man!

Man Gary I would really love and appreciate having a conversation with you, I’m typing this comment while your speaking about accountability, but the thing is I’ve always accepted my mistakes and always took accountability for my actions, but even then I know that I still never feel complete inside.I listen because my life is barely starting im only 21 and I need that extra push I’ve never had.I could preach my sob story as everyone has one, but fuck that, everyone’s life is different and I would never compare life status to life problems because everyone’s life is differentamd complicated in its own way, but aside from that I’m not here for status or appearance, I’m naturally a loner, I’ve always done better sticking to myself and I’ve always felt more comfortable alone I’m more productive definitely alone. Honestly like I’ve said before I’m only 21 I’m still lost and I’m still searching for an answer, and in someway I don’t know the question I’m asking an answer for, but over time I’m gaining more understanding

Oh honey you're only 21. I promise you will feel less lost the older you get. I'm the same age as Gary and I remember feeling the same way as you (and many 21 year olds do). My daughter is the same age and feels the same. I promise it will get better. You have to learn to push yourself and I know you can do it. Be gentle with yourself and give yourself some grace. Take baby steps to get to where you want to be. You got this. I believe in you!

Dude, you're just 21. Like you say: over time, you're gaining more understanding. There's really no rush, but do SOMETHING. For example, I live in a town with several retirement homes; I'm going to ask around and see where I can help and hang out with some old people in the morning, on Gary's advice.

hi Gary I am not in a panel but I have 2 questions for you: 1. As a 25-year-old i hate to be on social media as i don't like to watch everyone is doing good in their life instead of me, How to come over this feeling. 2. Even though i dont want to care about what other people think about me, but subconsiously iam still doing it, so how can i come over that?

And also iam getting this feeling that social media every other person is trying to sell fear in the name of spirituality, nofap, alpha mindset etc etc... Am i only one who is feeling that way??
@eyeswideopenpod
@eyeswideopenpod Жыл бұрын
@@Kiyaansh.kulkarni lots of people put their best foot forward on social media. Just because it looks like their life is perfect doesn't mean they are. Selling fear is how people make sales. Fear is one of the biggest motivators for sales. However you have to ask yourself...does this feel right? No? Then UNFOLLOW those people who make you feel bad, scared, or annoyed. Surround yourself (on your socials and in real life) with people who are working towards their goals. DO things that feel good to you and you will start not to gaf what others are doing. FOCUS on what you want and who you want to be. Forget about what others are doing and saying. You got this. I believe in you.

Comparison is the death of happiness. Search deep inside what makes you happy and shut down the other voices. Acknowledge that you live your life only for yourself. For nobody else. Envision you life and start living it as you are already there. Write down 3 things (at least) that you are thankful for. Every morning or/and every evening. Focus on the smallest good things. See good in everything. Meditate daily. All the love is only within you.

outfluencers, old people who leave the world soon are the next big thing. All of them 93-113 year old people are supposed to put out content on 8 different platforms 4 times a day on their death bed. this way our future generations can really soak up the value they provide.
@yazanodeh8002

If the 93-113 year olds stopped giving a shit about the carers' and doctors' opinions, they could roll out of hospital and start giving talks at high schools about why not to go to college and how to start collecting baseball cards.

Do you know what I would love is someone who wasn’t a billionaire or millionaire, to give advice about life, somebody who’s working 40+ hours a week or living in a studio apartment and eating McDonald’s every day. I want to hear their uplifting message, I like this guy. He’s awesome, but he is delusional, and would he be saying this if he was not successful?

I'm would like to know if he learned anything from his father. I understand he built the liquor store into a multi-million dollar company. However, I never hear him talk about what his father taught or did for him, just his mother.

His father taught him how to hustle. That's why he spent so many years hustling. That's why he wasn't around his kids much when they were younger but i think he's slowed that hustle nonsense down.

@Eyes Wide Open I understand the story coming from the Soviet Union with his father and how he made him work in the store at a young age. I'm referring to how he continuously talks about how his mother affected his upbringing. He never talks about his father in this manner, and he's the one who gave GV the platform to become who he is today. His dad needs more recognition, in my opinion!

Don't take anything as truth , question everything including what is death , is it possible to die ? what dies ? You will get answers if you search for it . Take it as if no one in this universe is aware of what is death and you have to figure out for yourself and to help all those who want to know? Maybe the answer you get is same as you think or maybe it is not .

Gary Vee, why do you think that people care about what other people think? I CARE MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE WHAT I THINK!!!!!! FUCK WHAT SOMEBODY ELSE THINKS!!!!!! I won't have regrets because I know why I don't try, because I'd rather not try than to fail. I couldn't care less about the judgment of anyone else. I care about what I think and when I consistently fail, I think I can't win.
