While we are going to make our #salsabarbacoa that consists of mixing all the ingredients with a rod, until we have a delicious sauce.
· We remove the vegetable meat from the oven and add 4 tbsp of the sauce on top, distributing it well on the surface with a spoon.
· To be able to handle it we split the #carnevegetal in half.
· In a plate we put a stream of EVOO and when it is hot, toast one of the halves, orienting the part with sauce downwards.
· Let it toast for 1/2 to 1 minute so that the marks of the lines of the plate remain.
· We put 2 more tablespoons of sauce on top and turn it over.
· We repeat this 2 times.
· Remove from the griddle and place it again on the oven tray.
· We do the same with the other half.
· Once in the oven tray we add the rest of the barbecue sauce on top and bake again for about 30 minutes, until you see the compact sauce but it does not burn.
· We remove from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
· We cut and enjoy our #costillarvegetal that is to lick your fingers.
