材料:
1. 大約 450 克= 15. 87 oz, 豬柳
2. 2 條青蔥
3. 1/4 個紅甜椒
4. 1 個無籽小紅辣椒
5. 4 塊洗淨, 抹乾生菜
6. 4 茶匙油
豬柳醃料:
1. 1 大量匙紹興酒
2. 3 大量匙李錦記舊裝蠔油
調味料:
1. 4 茶匙蜜糖
2. 1 大量匙李錦記舊裝蠔油
3. 3 大量匙水
4. 1/2 茶匙豆粉
Ingredients:
1. around 450 grams= 15. 87 oz, pork loin
2. 2 washed spring onions
3. 1/4 red bell pepper
4. 1 dried, seedless red chilli
5. 4 washed and patted dry lettuce leaves
6. 4 tsp oil
Pork loin marinade:
1. 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
2. 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee premium oyster sauce
Seasoning:
1. 4 tsp honey
2. 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee premium oyster sauce
3. 3 tbsp water
4. 1/2 tsp corn starch
