No it uses nubbins. You’ll have to ask Grimburg which ones i am not sure.

Wow that is interesting! You kind of have a collector’s item without realizing it, I’m glad Salt caught all the little bugs before releasing it. These companies are watching and Byrna is going to do one of two things, make their LE better after learning from your channel or send a hit man after me, lol! Thanks for the video!

I just grabbed one off Amazon and use the 12ga fin. Works great.

Is it safe to say that the S2 is all the way around better than the Byrna and should be the stock out of the box go to LL launcher??

It would seem so at this point. Both have pros and cons but the consistency at a decent 18-20j and trigger pull from the Salt i havent encountered yet with a co2 powered pistol launcher that didnt require modifications. It is new to the market so long term reliability will take some time to establish. I still love the Byrna pull to pierce trigger but this also makes for a completely different trigger feel.

From what I've seen so far, the S2 is a beast when it comes to out of the box power and accuracy. I can wait to see you playing with it. Maybe you can tinker with this one and see if you can fix some of the issues with it just for fun 😋

I can’t wait to get the S2 in my hands but i was cleared to mess this preproduction model up 😆. Mess it up I will. Anything learned should transfer over.

Interesting back story on this marker. I think they had the product removed soon after seeing your video. Out of curiosity, I followed your link while it was up and was not able to find that marker.

I think they were on it fast. This early version would have disappointed many and tarnished the actual S2s big release party.

I am glad you love it. It is getting some rave reviews and for good reason. I will be opening up this dumbed down preproduction version so hopefully any modifications can transfer right over.

Great intel and clarification on the origins of the S2 the Hwasan has its flaws no doubt as a first model. Glad they release a Refined version and worked out the kinks The Hwasan still works great but the S2 has definitely got QOL changes.

This Hwasan still shoots fine but knowing there is a more refined version kind of makes this one obsolete. Ejecting a mag every time with a pointy stick was starting to piss me off.

@@lesslethalfordummies same here. Saw versions where you could eject the loaded mag and some you could not. The MUB 50 also had that pin for ejecting loaded mags.

What do u do for reload on the fly I mean first mag balls can go anywhere supposed you need to reload. Your attacked quickly wtf do u do?? You need a gun that you can drop the mag and reload. I hear this all the time- what makes you think you’re gonna hit your target enough with one mag???

I can hit a target in one mag. Practice makes perfect. If one mag does not have the desired effect you are using the wrong tool.
