LLVlog #8: Engine failure! Introducting the Parts Truck

Жыл бұрынThe LLV spun a rod bearing! While this was sudden, I honestly expected the engine to have had failed long ago anyways. This episode is a two day adventure into getting an parts truck to bring the LLV back to life. Expect more as we continue on down this path of converting the LLV from the 2.2L 4cyl to the 4.3L v6 offered in the S10 :D

So, the V6 is a direct swap? I guess, it makes sense! Excited to follow the progress of the build!

Should be! There's a few minor things to modify overall, but most have more to do with updating an 80's chassis to a 00's powertrain. We'll see, I'll make sure to document everything
