Hello, This is the Chop Chop Kitchen.
Today's video is the roasted potatoes that we eat in the restaurants.
In Korea, the casual western restaurants usually serve this with steak menu. They just roast potato in the oven then put some sour cream on it. Of course, It's very delicious in itself and many people loves this.
But In Europe, the street food shop sells whole roasted potato that mixes with lots of cheese and many ingredients such as bacon, corn and jalapenos etc. It's very impressive.
I mean, it's very delicious. It's just really delicious!! How can I explain this?
Since there are plenty of people buying the air fryers these days, It has the best advantage of being able to cook at home without an oven.
Today, I made decision that this fantastic roasted potato is the main dish and the steak is the side menu even though steak is porterhouse. Lol
I am sure that you can make this with alternative ingredients whatever you have in you fridge, if you have just a potato and a cheese. Just try to cook. it's simple.

Ingredients
Roasted potato - potatoes 3ea, cheddar cheese 1 cup, sour cream 1/2 cup, chopped bacon 1/2 cup, 1/4 cup, corn 1/4 cup, milk 1/4 cup, butter 1 Tbs, salt, pepper, olive oil
Steak - porterhouse steak, herb salt, rosemary, oilve oil, pepper
Method
1.Wash the potatoes and skew the holes with a fork.
2. Brush olive oil and season with salt on potato skin.
3. Place in oven or air fryer and cook for 180 degrees for 1 hour.
4. Make cuts on the cooked potatoes in the middle part, and take out the potatoes from the inside.
5. Place in a bowl and put mashed potatoes, cheese, sour cream, milk, corn, salt, and pepper and mix well.
6. Refill the mixed potatoes in the peel potatoes.
7. Put cheese and bacon on top of stuffed potatoes.
8. Return to oven or air fryer and cook for 180 degrees for 20 minutes until cheese is melt.
9. Take out the potatoes, put some sour cream on top of it, and enjoy it with the steak.
