Twice baked potatoes are the tradition for Christmas in my house. So you basically cook the potatoes the same way and use the potato filling and mix it with all your toppings and put it back in the skin and bake it again 🤤

Laura I put bacon grease instead of olive oil inside the potato along with salt and pepper. Otherwise I do them just like you do. One of my favorites as well. Take care.♥️

When I make these I just mix the patio scooping in with the other stuff and put back in patio with extra bacon 🥓 and cheese 🧀 on top 😋

You need to deep fry those potato shells, and season on both sides immediately after they are removed from the hot oil. They look pretty good though.
