It is always so strange to me when Greg refers to himself in the third person

When I was a kid I'd eat just about anything in the cupboard. I'd eat spoonfuls of sugar,uncooked oatmeal,flour,spices,peanut butter,you name it,but I always thought the cocoa powder tasted bitter and bland because it didn't have sugar. When you mentioned it had to be cooked to bring out the chocolate flavor it made perfect sense.

Greg explains a lot of the same processes in every video yet I never get bored of it. I can listen to it over and over again. He has such a calming voice... and the soothing background music is always a nice touch!
