Terry King i ended up here through your storing of logs. i'm trying to clear my watch later vids since leaving for a month starting in sept. now i see a whole lot of videos i never even knew were here! oh my goodness i had no idea. i still haven't caught up on when you started your very first plot! i am up to snuff on your new plot where you made the home for the toad. can't remember the big word you used so i say home. lol.

I never used to use my best chains for these jobs and it always difficult going against the grain. Kept my best chains for the call outs when the coppers were eager for us to get the road opened.

+Terry King Hi Terry not really wanting to harp on but what made me comment was as a result of your Halloween pumpkin show and the cars, tractors and the like Bentley is similar but on a larger scale. The wood show is an annual event but there is a permanent display of vintage and veteran cars, miniature steam railway, bird sanctuary, craft displays and society's like those your Dad attends and many more. Seeing your recent video brought it all back. Sorry Mike B

A saw will always struggle going against the grain and yes a sharp saw will always do a better job.

Hello, I only cut my logs on a Sunday morning but I don't start until after 7am, while everyone's at church lol.👍 Anyway I don't have a lawn and everyone cuts their's on a Sunday. Going against the grain always makes a saw struggle, did get a good sharpen after that days cutting.

@@terrykingsallotmentgardening yeah in the video the chip looked like dust and i thought ya rakes,but did notice at the end your chips looked good, sorry bruv been working with the young ones on the saws and they are killing me, they make easy work look so hard, i also didnt consider the species you used(?) sorry for the criticism,
