He is there to look nice, say what he is told, do what he is told, and take the blame, or praise for decisions that are made above him. Since the 1930's it has been 50% Rep. 50% Dem presidents. Why? It keeps people happy, and propels the illusion of choice. All but 2 elected presidents did 8 years. Why? Because once u teach the guy how the game is really played, and he plays the game well. Keeping him is easier than teaching another guy the rules. People need to stop voting. It's the only way to send the right message.

It served a purpose, just like Trump being president serves a purpose. Obama served as a pressure relief valve after Bush and him being the first black president lulled the majority of black people in America back to sleep. Just like Trump and this whole Q Anon bullshit has lulled all of the politicians who aren't actually part of the "club" and the corruption, all of the people with any amount of power who have not sold their soul and aligned themselves with the evil in this world back to sleep by making them believe that government was going to save them from the government. Sadly, as many of us knew from the start, he's no different from any other actor, puppet who has hat in that seat and acted like they were the one making the decisions.

What he means is that there are very wealthy people in high places that influence policies and get political favors in exchange for money or PAC donations. These people can be considered more powerful than the POTUS simply because they have the ability to influence him and have massive geopolitical connections and implications. I know you're tryin' to be nice, Vladimir, but realistically, Uncle is right. The gatekeepers behind these doors are usually white. Several artists have come forth and discussed this.
