Canadian born Lorne Greene sat with me in California. The head of the Cartwright Clan in Bonanza had a stunning career. This is a raw piece. No edits at all. You will see those uncomfortable cut aways at the end. These are used back at the studio to show reactions to what the guest is saying.

Every interview I've ever seen this man do he's always super engaged and holds eye contact when he's talking to people. When he died we lost a hell of an actor and human being.

you can tell what kind of a man Lorne is when he asks the young ladies name, most actors only care about themselves, me, me, me. Mr.Greene is a gentleman from a different era

Lorne Greene had one of the most versatile careers (his 1978 role as the defense attorney in The Trial of Lee Harvey Oswald was marvelous!) and he was dedicated to good causes like helping animals. His public service ads were heartfelt.

Bonanza had a serious and positive impact on my life. The social and moral issues were very relevant to any society. May God bless all the actors, also David Dortort the producer of the show. TRINIDAD

Lorne Greene was a very positive influence on me growing up. People have changed so much since then. Seems so many have lost their values these days. It's a real dog eat dog world now. I couldn't have imagined the way things are now when i was a kid. Soooo long ago.

The only two I can watch first is Cobra Kai and the other is Young Justice. . Teen Titans is pretty good too however if you're not talking about like stuff that young people would watch I don't know there's just a lot of disturbing movies lately What I've noticed is they tend to be heavily politically correct with mostly gay crap. Everything has to be diverse instead of based on a person's ability to direct and act. I stopped watching television probably 20 years ago. I used to watch SVU and it was good back then but now it's just not that great I think what it is is that America is just becoming stagnant and creativity Everything has to be rebooted. Sample I used to watch saved by the Bell that was a great show I saw when you saved by the Bell It's just politically correct and the quality of writing is horrid. They're attempting to make a reboot of Batman beyond I hope not. Holidays we just have too many sequels of everything Surprisingly the one movie that I really enjoyed mainly cuz I didn't piss off the fans was Spider-Man far from home With an excellent movie and I haven't enjoyed a superhero movie since the end of The avengers. Spider-Man far from home I mean the way they acknowledged Tobey Maguire Andrew Garfield and then you know of course Tom Holland who makes an excellent Spider-Man as well. The actress who played MJ had a great personality for once. The multiverse and including all the great villains that have are very talented Movie the director's actually had to care about how I was written. They couldn't have gotten these great actors. An example of poorly written movies would be the new Star wars movies. The way they slaughter them and showed no respect for the old trilogy was just horrific Waited 30 40 years to finally see the rest of the movies and the director is just turned it into a flaming ball of crap. I saw the first one that was enough for me. The actress in that movie while her ability to act and her range of emotion was pretty horrific Actually thought Finn would have been a better choice for a Jedi Knight mainly because he was following the character Arc of a hero's journey As I said the writing of this movie was pretty off. Mainly because it should have been about Luke's children and Leah. I mean they turned Han Solo into a deadbeat dad. The proper thing would have been they got married and raised their kid the right way. But instead they turn them into some wannabe Darth Vader I'm in Luke went up an old crabby guy living on a island although if you take the books that were written to extend Star wars there's a lot of great stuff in there Whatever Disney was calling the shot so they got rid of the extended universe but there was a lot of great ideas they could have used but they had to play it safe but at least they could have hired some decent directors and writers and God help us actors John boyega is a good actor I've seen some of his work. Is actually a very good actor it was fan service at best and not even done well And then the whole concept of the force being female instead of something that everybody could relate to. There's no need for political correctness and inclusivity and television movies and music Just kills everything. You don't have to be political to make a decent TV show or film
