Here is a lose love handles in 14 days challenge for you! None of us like stubborn love handles that we can't seem to shrink or get rid of. In this challenge, we are going to shed our love handles, also known as the side fat around our waist and try to slim down our side fat love handles. This home workout is perfect for men who are trying to get rid of love handles in 2 weeks and is a perfect workout routine to add on to a good diet that is aimed to lose your side fat love handles fast in 2 weeks at home.
Suggested number of sets and frequency:
Option 1️⃣ : (More difficult)
👉 Daily workout of 2 sets a day. 5 minutes rest in between sets. No rest days.
🔴 Remember to stretch after 2 sets completed with this cool down stretch routine to promote recovery: • Cool Down Abs & Obliqu...
🟢 1 "set" means watching the video and following along with the exercises till you complete watching the video. Simply refresh page for 2nd set.
Option 2️⃣ : (Easier)
👉 Work out on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. 2 sets each day. 5 minutes rest in between sets. Carry on for 3 - 4 weeks to complete 14 TRAINING DAYS.

Done 14 days 2 sets, I haven't changed my diet and lost 1.5 kg. I burnt 500+ calories per day with this set and another one from your channel. I'll continue this workout for the month. Thanks for giving us those effective workouts🙂.

I eat approx 1200-1300 calories a day and managed to lose only 0.8kg in like 25 days on other hand you managed to 1.5

For anyone looking for a comment well i have been doing this for a week now and yes I feel a lot lighter and i can see fat loss. I recommend increasing the intensity with some pushups and other exercises for better results. Lets Do this together

Which is more effective? Doing 2 sets of exercise in alternative days(meaning-if I do exercise for leg 2 sets today then tomorrow will be covering 2 sets of upper body exercise and the next day again 2 sets of leg ) OR doing 1set (covering leg,upper body etc) every single day..

It depends on how tired you are after the workout. If you are really really tired then it is good if you do it with a one day interval

@@anishgiri3697 thanks for replying..but what I was asked was different..In case you are doing workout regularly without interval..then which would be best 1.doing workout primary focusing on leg 2-3 set a day and next day 2-3 set for upper body and next day again leg and so on... Or 2.doing workout covering all body parts single set and doing it regularly .. Which would be more effective?

We dont like to restrict viewers to a "Diet plan" as it limits people to a specific "fruits & vegtables only" diet which is not good for the long run. We would suggest you eat normally but cut down to the minimum the consumption of fried/junk/sugary food and drinks

It would be best to simply focus on lower body exercises to avoid using your shoulders. Replace with squats

Completely is subjective. Some think 5kg weight loss is complete, some think 5% body fat is complete. Aim to take it step by step first. 5kg per month is a good start
