There are so many things that are perfect on a hot biscuit!😘 But first, buttermilk biscuits are the best! I love the smell of buttermilk but I can't drink it straight either. And buttermilk adds so much flavor to everything you use it in! The biscuit must be saturated with butter while it's still nice and hot!🤩 I often take half of the biscuit and put jelly on one half and something else on the other half. Honey is great on biscuits as well as molasses or syrup!☺️ I also love gravy on biscuits for a comforting breakfast! Bacon and a fried egg also makes a great breakfast on the go! Biscuits can take on sweet or savory toppings to suit your needs of the day!😋 Good luck with your exercising after that wonderful biscuit! I used to take biscuits for breakfast at work. After eating one or two, I just wanted to sleep. They kind of frown on sleeping at work.🤔 But I'm retired now and can eat biscuits any time of the day!😚 There's nothing like buttery biscuits with an assortment of jelly, preserves or honey, syrup, molasses or gravy!😁 So please pass the biscuits, I'm so hungry after watching you make these wonderful biscuits!🤤

My grandparents on the Kicklighter side lived over in Whitefield Ave in Savannah GA, up until my grandmother passed away in June 2006 but my granddaddy passed in Oct 1998 and growing up he had his bee hives out back. They were lucky enough that their property had a little bit of acres so he was able to have a garden and his bees and then the marsh was right across the road so we could go and fish. I still remember him collecting his honey when I was little. We have to cherish those memories with our loved ones.

You are doing a lot of presuming. Paula has been working on her health, including her weight, for some years now. She goes regularly to the gym, practices portion control, and does no late night eating; as diabetics, we cannot afford to be constantly self-indulgent. I appreciate that Paula encourages us with, not just reminders, but also by example and a fun sense of humor and her joy, all of which are contagious! Ozempic? IDK...but you're welcome to your thoughts & reactions, truly; we must all be careful not to overdo Ozempic and you are so right on that score.

If Im not mistaken when she found out about the Diabetes she started making health changes.She and her son Bobby would make a lighter version of some of her best recipes to help her with life changes.So she has been losing weight for awhile.
