Guys this really works! I’ve always had issues with love handles and burning side fat. It’s been a a week and a half and my love handles have gone down so much, I’m actually starting to become more toned and I’m losing some belly fat. I really recommend this!

SAN I did another exercise from emi Wong for my legs but I did this once a day everyday. It’s been roughly more than a week and I’ve been losing weight but it might depend for each person

GUYS SERIOUSLY!!! If any of you here are having trouble losing that fat in the hip and waist area, do this workout!! My hips are my biggest insecurity and even though I haven't quite reached my goal, the changes in like a week and a half (without even doing it consistently) is awesome! I have been doing other minor exercises and I haven't been on much of a diet, just avoiding overly unhealthy foods.

After doing this exercise for a month, my waist went from 71cm to 65cm 😍 I have been doing 16:8 light fasting and avoiding late night snacks and have lost weight from 49kg to 47kg! Thanks April for the hardwork❤

@@user-cu1og1tl5f it's better if before and after your workout. Before workout, it will be serve as your warm-up exercise, to start increasing your heart rate slowly, and after workout it will be your cool down, to get your heart rate back to normal and to relax your muscles. 😊

i’m gonna do this for 30 days! i don’t have huge love handles but i do see them. I’m usually never early but I feel like April is reading my mind and putting the perfect exercises Day One: Done! I felt that BURN haha. Looks super easy but does give you a slight challenge. I actually did it again and felt a lot better. I may need to work on form but I'll do that tomorrow Day Two: Done! Thank you for so many likes! I just finished for the second day. I'm worried because I'm not feeling a harsh burn but I may try and amplify the form Day Three: Done! I held a high plank during the knee touch and stretch exercise. It felt much more effective. I felt more of a stretch and I'm happy with my progress today Day Four: Done! I felt a lack of motivation today but I did it anyway and I feel good. I couldn't hold a high plank for the knee touches but I'm not too upset about it Day Five: Done! I rushed through it because I have family coming over in a bit. I made some of the workouts more intense by adding elements to compensate for my lack of time. Day Six: Done! I finished all the workouts and switched the side mountain climber with some jumps instead of walking. It made it a lot more difficult but I worked through the break because I was so into it Day Seven: Done! I've been sticking to eating smaller meals every couple hours and I've been trying to remember to do my exercise as well. It's been hard remembering and keeping motivation but I know I can do it! Day Eight: Done! I know its like almost 1am but I had so much to do until now hahaha. I didn't amplify any of them because my stomach has been hurting but I did enough to feel a burn Day Nine: Done! Worked on my diet a lot and ate super healthy to try and speed up the weight loss. Felt good and tbh I love doing this workout. It's simple and easy and doesn't make me sweat a ton but I know it works because I feel a burn while doing it Day Ten: Done! I totally forgot to update but I've been feeling so sick and working out and eating has been so hard on my body.. Juts trying to recover a bit before going back into hardcore mode Day Eleven: Done! Its 2:12am and I just finished working out. I feel a bit better but I feel like I have food poisoning. I'm gonna keep this entry short haha Day Twelve: Done! My body looks a lot skinner. I like that I can wear tight jeans and look good too. I wanted to wear them for my graduation and now I look a lot better so Im confident to wear them Day Thirteen: Done! Forgot to update but i feel good. i wasn’t trying too hard because i felt sick but i did it Day Fourteen: Done! My graduation is on Saturday and i’m excited to say i see major results. i’m gonna keep going so i’m in the best shape for it. Day Fifteen: Done! i feel kinda suck today and so i’m going to keep this short. i fell asleep halfway through the workout due to fatigue. Day Sixteen: Done! Today’s number is actually my lucky number and a lucky number indeed. I was super busy today but i found some time. i saw my sides and i have an hourglass figure!! i used to have a rectangle but it’s now got a dip in and i think that’s awesome! Day Seventeen: Done! Forgot to update but i have been doing the exercise. My graduation is coming up and i’m super excited bc i’ve gotten into shape and stuff. Day Eighteen: Done! My graduation is tomorrow! and this exercise has seriously given me some confidence. Day Nineteen: Done! I had graduation today and i got so many compliments on how my waist had thinned a bunch Day Twenty: Done! My hip was hurting during exercise so i took it super easy to give it a break Day Twenty-One: Done! My hip is starting to bother me so i may take a mini break tomorrow. Day Twenty-Two: Done! My hip was seriously bugging me so i took it a lot easier. I may stop but i seriously want to finish before i do. Day Twenty-Three: Done! My hip feels better after icing it. I went easy and it’s been a lot better. I feel good Day Twenty-Four: Done! I’m really tired so i’m going to keep this short. feeling good I did it after having little to no motivation Day Twenty-Five: Done! We’re almost done guys. I see a lot of difference doing this for almost a month and i’m so happy about my progress Day Twenty-Six: Done! I’m so sorry I keep forgetting to update. I’ve been sticking to the routine but my diet today has really been off Day Twenty-Seven: Done! It’s almost over you guys and i’ve seen some big changes. I highkey also thought love handles are the dips on the side of your hips. Boy was I wrong hahaha Day Twenty-Eight: Done! I’m sorry i haven’t been updating these last couple days but i have been doing it Day Twenty-Nine: Done! Wow guys i’m stopping tomorrow Day Thirty: Done! Guys I did it. It’s been thirty days! So I finished 30 days of this exercise and I’ve totally seen how much my body is changed. I look more toned and it helps my abs stick out a little bit more too. If you’d asked me if I’d recommend this work out I totally would say yes. For those in process, you can do it! Keep going

I've tried this workout for 14days. I've lost 0.7 inch from my uper belly and 1.6 inch from lower belly. My love handles r quite gone. But the muffin top hasn't reduced that much compared to the love handles. This workout is easy at the same time super effective. Thank u so much April. My siblings and I have been doing your exercises during the quarantine and they are so easy to follow. We have been doing the arms, legs, and abs video everyday and now we added a few, more difficult, routines into the mix. We alternate to give ourselves easier days and harder ones and we have all seen positive changes. I'm really happy we started, and still do, your exercises since it helped us gradually build up. I'll definitely be adding this video to our rotation since we tend to gain weight on our sides really easily! Thank you!!

I just wanna cry. Nothing seems to be working for me. Initially I lost weight rapidly from 65 kgs to 58 kgs but after that no progress. 💔 But I won’t give up. Edit: Thank you so much to everyone who replied. All your kind words encouraged me a lot and I’m happy to say that I did not give up. I am making progress, slowly but surely. 😅 Anybody who’s facing the same problem, I suggest you don’t give up as well. Don’t worry about the result too much. You’ll get there. Missak-chan just general calorie counting. I make sure that I stay around 1,400 calories per day because that’s what I need for my height and activity level

I really like your exercises, they’re easy and not so heavy for a lazy beginner like me. I do the abs, calves and thigh workouts for 26 days already. They work well, specially the abs, before it’s look like i was pregnant 4 month :))), now it’s flat and i feel really confident each time wearing crop top. I will try to get the ripped abs(just a little bit, haha). Thank u so much for your sharing. Also I hope that u can do a DIP HIP workout someday cause i have this one and it’s really annoying me. I tried to do other’s before but I couldn’t keep going cause their were beyond my strength. But I believe that i can do your ^^~~~. Thanks again

Madhu rima yes, i did and still working on it. I quit all the snacks(even the chocolate that i love so much :((, YES QUIT ALL THE SNACKS. I come from an asian country so rice is my daily meal but I quit it also(slowlly quit, lucky i found out it’s still ok for me if I don’t eat rice). Making sure u eat enough three meals a day. Breakfast: 1-2fried egg(full cooked with just a little bit of oil)/ boiled egg Lunch: baked sea fish with no oil(I use a pan), boiled/cooked vegetables(any kind but potatoes) Dinner: Chicken breast(any kind of cook but use as less oil and salt as u can) and boiled/cooked vegetables. (Chicken breast is The Key here, u can use it for lunch also.) U can eat FRUITS(apple, pear, watermelon)as snacks if u hungry but NO EATING after 8 PM After eating u need to stand up at least 15-20mins, do not sit. I do the exercises 1 hour later after dinner, it works better. For the first weeks u will feel kind of hungry at night time(if u can not sleep because of that u can have a cucumber, but remember only cucumbers are allowed). After 1 week u can see the effect really clearly, also your belly and stomach become smaller and u will feel less even not hungry anymore. I lose 4kg for 25 days, from 52kg to 48kg, now i’m trying to reach 45kg(I’m only 153cm tall). Remember: No snacks, no sugar, cooking with less oild less salt as much as u can. P/s: after 15 days, u can treat your self a good meal but only for lunch :). I ate a hamburger for that day :)) P/s 2: it’s the first time i’m on a diet that not make me want to faint, angry, tired because of hungriness. Also the first time I can keep on exercises for so long(27days until now). I feel like my heath is getting better thank to these exercises.

I’ve been doing this workout for roughly 3-4 weeks and my love handles have went down by 2 inches! A love handle workout has never been so effective for me. I will update If I lose any more inches. I do it once a day 5 to 6 times a week. Totally recommend!!

@@rymasiuuu6312 No, i dont mesure, but at the end of the challenge I can see really big diferences in the butt, now is slim and more small and rounder, IT has a really good form, but not really in my abs, only their are stronger. :)

Challanges accepted Day 1: found quite easy no soreness as I'm already doing thigh burning exercise Day 1 evening : done with exercise it little tiring, I'm not following any diet I'm eating like before so thought to make it two times a day. Day 2 : I'm dying.. oops I'm doing 🤣 obviously no changes Day 3 : Feeling strong ache in my lower back but I won't give up, although there is no charge still I can feel my stomach got very little flat Day : 5 can see some changes Day : 7 it's working guys 😍😍😍😍😍

Exactly what I needed! Your workouts are very effective,so far I'm doing the slim arms one, the 11 abs and the lower tummy ones. Its been almost a month since I started the arms workout and i can say it's effective .I can see my arms are slimming down also getting my muscles more noticeable. I'm doing the exercises every other day . I'm very grateful there is no jumping, as I'm recovering from foot fracture.Your video made me notice I have a slight anterior pelvic tilt and now I'm working on it as well and I find the exercises very gentle and effective. Mia motivation is great, but this video is full of false information. If you want to lose fat, you need to eat less calories than you burn. There are no other options. And if you want to work on your muscles, you can start with something like this but you will very quickly need something harder to see results

Andrew Crow I never said I was doing this to lose weight, yeah the workout can help lose weight around your stomach and back and whatnot but I’m using it to firm it, and even if I followed what you said I’d have to eat damn near nothing cause I don’t do anything all day so I’m not burning much

Been doing this for 10 days and can notice a difference! My love handles have shrunk and look even and slimmer. My waist also looks more defined. I measured some days ago and my love handles were 77 cm so I'll come back in day 14 to tell you the results!

Empezaré este reto ya que estoy en cuarentena mi cintura mide 72 cm Día 1: no me dolió tanto he estado combinando esto con otros de sus videos. Pero sentí como trabajo mi cintura. Día 2 hoy me desperté y me dolía toda la parte de la cintura,noté que estos ejercicios a diferencia de otros si trabajan correctamente la cintura.. aún obviamente no he notado tantos cambios pero estoy confiando este video con el de abdominales 🍥 Día 3 este día lo tomé como descanso ya que estuve mucho tiempo haciendo ejercicio sin descansar lo cual es malo para los músculos😫 Día 4 va todo bien hasta ahora no me ha costado tanto,vamos por más!! Día 5c completado Día 6 completado Día 7 descanso Día 8 completado Día 9 abandone jajajja Día 10 no he podido seguir Dia 11 aún tampoco puedo Dia 12 volví mis músculos están mejor ♡ 18/05 Delen like para que no se pierda el comentario

@@user-dq5fk7fl3w si por supuesto,te dare estos consejos que pueden ser para todos también 🌼 primero debemos entrar en calor correctamente haciendo algunos estiramientos antes y luego para no tener tanto dolor 🌼 no hacer los ejercicios tan intensamente, solo hasta donde podamos y luego ir sumando más tiempo 🌼 descansar lo suficiente 🌼 alimentarse y hidratarse 🌼 ir variando si eres principiante no es recomendable hacer todos los días si no día por medio hasta luego poder hacerlo todos los días 🌼 de esta manera vamos a prevenir lesiones;espero que te sirva ánimos!!!

Hey guys!! Im trying to do this work out along with 3 other workouts for at least 30 days. PLEASEE try to remind me because I literally can't keep track of anything. My goal is not to see the number drop on the scale, it's to see a difference when I look at myself in the mirror. Wish me luck!!! (ill tell yall the difference every 10 days) Day 1- ✅ This was HARD. The burn it gives you is so good!! Day 1- ✅ This was HARDER than yesterday. I think its cuz I ate more junk... but I'm actually trying to cut all the extra calories. This was an okay day, see u tmrw. Day 3- ✅ This was def easier than yesterday. I started my period, so the Russian twists were harder. Day 4- ✅ This was lowkey fun to do. I might do it again later today because I ate a lot of junk. April videos are my go to and what's helped me stay motivated for some reason is to do them every other day. I have to make myself miss the videos lol. I've been working out with her videos for a month or two now and lost so much weight🤯 thank you April !!! and all glory goes to God for bringing me here❤🙏

ive done love handle, arm and thigh workout for a week. my body does change a little especially the love handles spot. i compared a pic i took on the day before i start working out, and a week after ive done the workout. maybe i have to control my food taking so it will give a better result. dont worry, different body does have different result. as for me, my kind of body is the one that’s kinda hard to lose fat and weight. ill try to keep on being consistent in working out and ill try to update maybe a month later. pray for me!!❤️
